Of course each case should be weighed on their own merit, but it is becoming pretty clear that those cases such as Nazario’s are meant for no other reason than to erode morale.

I’ve asked that on other threads and apparently, his lying, treason, slander and libel are all protected behaviors of his “position.” Not quite; I believe both LtCol. Chessani and SSgt. Wunterich have submitted cases against Murtha, to be taken up at the conclusion of their trials. Ping to correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks, Lily but not always. My emotions get the better of me at times.
Hopefully the Riverside Police Chief is a person with cajones and takes Jose Nazario back but I’m not holding my breath. It might send a message to federal prosecutors and some of the jerks working at the NCIS if he did.
