Just days after Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla bailed Casey Anthony out of jail, preliminary forensic reports have revealed there was a decomposing body in the car Casey was using.
Authorities have revealed that forensic tests prove there was a decomposing body in the car Casey was using - and Casey might be headed back to jail on murder charges.
Meanwhile, Padilla has revealed that Casey is 'in her own world' and 'believes' everything she says - but she is not cooperating at all.
He is considering revoking her bail after Casey demonstrated that she is 'not all there'.
But.....she’ll still be able to vote for Obama before she goes in, right?
Anyone who did what she has done is obviously nuts however she knows right from wrong because she has covered it up. I’m getting tired of these people like her and Yates killing their babies and then claiming they are nuts. There should be consequences for killing your babies-moms are supposed to protect their kids not kill them and then hide behind being crazy. I truly hate this woman. She could have given the baby to Cindy and left the home and gone off to cause havoc elsewhere-the gma was basically the mom to Caylee any way. I hope they fry her ass plain and simple. I don’t care if she is nuts.

She isn't the only one in deep denial, and while you're at it, put good old Leonard in this category along with the rest of them. If they have good insurance, I'm in favor of committing all of them to the nearest asylum.
On second thought, since Leonard had the same facts at hand as the rest of us, and only now seems to have come to his senses, maybe we can cut him a break for just being a PR whore instead of mentally deficient.

I don’t think sociopathy can be grounds for an insanity defense. But other mental disorders, like maybe psychosis for example, would be. I think Casey is simply a sociopath and that the insanity defense won’t be accepted.

I agree. Casey reminds me sooooo much of my late narcissistic sociopathic father. He lied as easily as he breathed, was so charming he was hypnotic, and literally got away with at least one murder.

Apples and Oranges. Yates had a long history of paranoid pschyzophrenia, manic depression and post partum. Husband and family members begged a psychiatrist for help, and to have her committed so she wouldn’t hurt anyone, but the system failed her. She was committed, and the idiot psychiatrist released her.
