The truth will out.
It s obvious that the child is dead. The questions now are where is the body and what was the cause of death?
My first thought after reading this is that “this chick is gonna run”
Would sound better if he said he was revoking the bond because he thinks she is a murderer, rather than for HER safety! Geez!!!
Thanks for the ping!...............
If this Bounty Hunter had waited a few days more for the results and hadn’t been such a camera f***er, this calamity would never have happened. He just had to get the attention and knew he was working in a small time frame until the preliminary results were out.
Sad to say, the mother killed her, or there was an accident that caused her death. And they decided to try to cover it all up. And the cover-up is unraveling.
Oh, Barbara Streisand! "Padilla the Bounty Hunter" isn't in the cards and the expense is eating them up, right? For this publicity stunt, the court ought to make them continue the bond, but I doubt they'd protect her well - if there is a credible threat at all.
No sympathy for Padilla - he and his firm joined the circus willingly.
I suspect his motives in freeing her were for his benefit...
From my post on another thread:
IF they find the body, and
IF they can get blood sample (doubtful at this point), and
IF they get a positive for Xanax or other drug
THEN Casey will be in even bigger trouble than if she had just let her die in a hot car.
THAT may be why it took so long (1 month) to report the disappearance.
DAD knew that that amount of time, minimum, needed to elapse so that
NO CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE OF MANNER OF DEATH could be determined by the coroner.
ADD to THAT the INVESTIGATIVE TIME and the
POSSIBILITY (probably real) that Casey
BURNED the body in
ADDITION to the natural decomposition and possible animal (gators, buzzards, etc.) devouring the remains
Casey MAY GET OFF ESSENTIALLY SCOTT FREE!....................
But now, revoking her Bond would benefit him more.

Yeah, he's jealous of "Dog" and wants his own TV show too! LOL
Padilla’s work is done. He will go back to CA and wait for producers to call him about his new tv show.
This just pegged my Creepy-Meter.
Apart from this beautiful little girl’s death the scariest fact is that the prosecutor’s office has OFFERED LIMITED IMMUNITY to the “mom”.
Homolka, Homolka, Homolka
Padilla was the subject of a bounty hunter documentary produced in Sacramento YEARS ago. I remember it well because one of his employees “accidentally” shot a bail jumper escaping on a motorbike. The employee said he was just trying to scare the perp by firing the rifle over his head. Classic.
I don’t remember the name of the documentary.
Ten people see me push you out of an airplane without a parachute over the ocean. I can be charged and convicted of murder.
If forensic experts prove that there is DNA from the little girl showing she is dead -- taken from the trunk of her mother's car -- that would go a long way to hanging a murder conviction on dear old mom.
She may not get off at all. A lawyer in Tennessee, Perry Marcy, was successfully prosecuted for the murder of his wife, Janet March, despite the fact that no evidence of foul play or even a body was ever recovered.
According to the article there is plenty of evidence to say that the child is indeed dead. The prosecutor now has to come up with a viable reason why and the motive behind the mother’s lies.
My guess is that the mother was probably partying, passed out and either left the baby in the car to die or she wandered out to the pool and drowned. Instead of facing up to what she had allowed to happen, she began the cover up. Initially, she didn’t know what to do so she left the body in the trunk for a few days until the stench became too much and then she either buried the body somewhere remote or tossed her baby’s body into a canal to be eaten by turtles, fish and gators. And now she is telling one lie after another to try to get away with it.
