STATE CAPITOL - Security at an anti-war rally outside the state Capitol this morning allegedly had to break up a confrontation between a Fox News reporter and Ward Churchill, a former University of Colorado professor who caused an uproar when he called victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks "little Eichmanns."
Churchill, who was thrust into the national spotlight after writing a controversial essay in which he compared the victims of the 9/11 terror attacks to Nazi bureaucrat Adolf Eichmann, was hounded by the persistent reporter, who allegedly put his hands on Churchill, organizer Glenn Spagnuolo said.

Jenkins has to be a great guy then.
So we see what kind of thuggish tactics these left wing extremists will stoop to. Where are other journalists coming to the aid of their colleague? Imagine the outrage that would follow if some conservatives were even remotely physical with some Demo flunky from CNN or MSN.
Good one! I think CU would have better off to have hired the one on the right.
“Ward Churchill has the “liberal look” (they’re getting easier to spot all the time) down pat:”
Yep! He looks like he was around in the 60s.
Sound Good , I game

Glenn Spagnulo - professional protestor
Glenn Spagnuolo is a member of Transform Columbus Day Alliance and the Director of PITCHProgressive Italians Transforming the Columbus Day Holiday.
GLENN SPAGNUOLO: Well, it actually started down in Pueblo, if Im correct, and when it got startedits really changed from the beginning to what it is now. Now, you have Italians who have latched onto this holiday, saying that this is a celebration of their Italian pride and a celebration of Christian ethics. And the more I looked at it, the more I learned that thats not really the truth. This is just propaganda, used as tool to support the white privilege that they get from the oppression of Native Americans and the colonization of America.
Back in Italy, where my family came from, Columbus isnt celebrated as a national hero. In Genoa, at the quincentennial, they actually tried to shut down the city, so a celebration wouldnt occur there for tourists.
The Genoese who were there, the Italians, they didnt want it to be used as a tool to bring tourism to that town, so they shut down the town. So, in Italy, hes viewed as the scoundrel that he is.
And then, being raised as a Catholic and looking at Christian ethics, theres nothing that Columbus did when he came here that supported any kind of Christian moral background. I mean, he stole. He murdered. He was greed, raped people. I mean, it was ridiculous. So, to see them now say that this is a celebration of Italian pride or of Christian ethics, its a false assertion, and its really used to support, like I said, colonialism, the exploitation of this country from its indigenous population, and to continue the view of white privilege that exists here in the United States.

Re-create ‘68 “a non-violent group,” says Spagnuolo, 5/2/08
Those kids didn’t even have a clue WHY they were there. Only one gave a reason. The rest, having a chance to voice an opinion, wouldn’t speak. They are there only for excitement and anarchy. They have no message.
Point well taken.
That’s a surly crowd, at least a thousand strong.
Per Fox News...
Swat team removing protestors after protestors crossed street and started to move toward them. lolllllololll!
They are so smart. /s
Spagnuolo sounds like a real winner. He’s too young to be from the crowd of nutjobs from the 60’s but he’s got their lingo down pat.
I think you call them deadbeats without a purpose or professional protesters. Glenn Spagnuolo is 37.
Snowflakes know him as ‘surfer boy’.
