STATE CAPITOL - Security at an anti-war rally outside the state Capitol this morning allegedly had to break up a confrontation between a Fox News reporter and Ward Churchill, a former University of Colorado professor who caused an uproar when he called victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks "little Eichmanns."
Churchill, who was thrust into the national spotlight after writing a controversial essay in which he compared the victims of the 9/11 terror attacks to Nazi bureaucrat Adolf Eichmann, was hounded by the persistent reporter, who allegedly put his hands on Churchill, organizer Glenn Spagnuolo said.

9NEWS Reporter Kyle Clark reports protestors have taken over the intersection at 15th and Colfax. The protestors say they do not plan to move. Police have not made any move to stop them. This is a continuation of a march that started at Union Station and went up the 16th Street Mall.
saw some of this on Fox news, the male fox news reporter with the black rimmed glasses was trying to talk to protesters and protesters all started shouting f*^! fox news...after a while fox just cut away from protest as little guy was swallowed up by foul mouthed shouting crowd. Hope he is okay.
Colfax is 15th. Must be the 16th Street Mall?
Too funny. This guarantees Ward Churchill will be associated with the Democrats for a few more days.
Cant't get much more liberal-looking than that.
Riiiight, like we're really gonna believe "organizer" Glenn Spagnuolo (probably well known on DU circuits).
Ewwwwwwwww why would anyone want to be ‘near’ Ward Churchill much less touch him.
I hope the reporter was disinfected quickly.
Never understimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
This shows one of the many reasons why major media networks tend to hew to the left.
If you want your reporters left alone to get the story in situations like this, the mob had better be sure you’re on their side.
This goes double for international situations.
Left-wing reporters know all too well that they’re perfectly safe when in the midst of a sea of right-wingers.
Exactly, Spagnuolo and Churchill both.
I wonder if blocking traffic warrents a sip in the FreeRepublic drinking game (DNC convention)?

Thanks for the video link, what a bunch of maroons.
Whenever I see or hear Griff’s name, I think of Tony Snow.
Jenkins used to work for Tony, on his radio show.
How dare they beat up a friend of Tony’s!
Mr. Jenkins forgot his noseplugs to mask the smell of the hippy protesters.
Liberalism is truly a mental illness.
