I think this ad is silly. Sen. Clinton as VP did not poll as well as Sen. Biden as VP. It’s all about the numbers. It’s not really any more complicated than that.

what poll did you see? the one I saw she polled 28% to Biden at 6%, that was on Fox this evening.
Actually, Clinton had better numbers and 18 million votes. In fact, I think it’s rather unprecedented... Has there ever been a race where both candidates got almost equal amounts of votes and the eventual winner didn’t pick the other candidate as their running mate?

How could Clinton poll worse than Biden? Biden couldn’t get 2 percent of his party to notice him. He’s a do-nothing Senator from an inconsequential state. Half the party probably hasn’t heard of him. He certainly isn’t a hero to any moderate Republicans, or independents.
It would amaze me that he polls better than Hillary, who in fact won more primaries than Obama, and currently polls better than Obama on the TOP of the ticket against McCain.
