Couldn’t this have waited until after the convention? If Hillary is the nominee, it’s over.

If this is filed today, obviously it is coming from the Hillary camp or some other disgruntled Rat. A Conservative or Republican would have waited until after the convention to file this lawsuit.

So it should be easy to pin this on Hillary which will lose her support with all the Obamamaniacs. She can’t win without most of them.

If Hillary is the nominee and Barack Obama is NOT the VP choice - I predict that most Black Democrats will sit out the election and possibly leave the Democrat fold to form a third party, the Black Liberation Party.

Either way, McCain wins!

I suspect that if Obama were forced out now, there would be an underwhelming turnout in the black vote.

Democrats would try and spin it as those mean Republicans got their candidate disqualified, but I don't think it would work. I think Obama is their best chance now.

However, if Obama is shown to have fraudulently ran as President, the McCain Campaign should seek an immediate injunction to freeze his campaign funds and personal funds. McCain has been forced to spend a fortune campaigning against him, and it it is because of fraud, the McCain Campain should seek a fortune in damages.

Are you kidding? If Hillary tries to steal the nomination from Obama using a trick like this, what do you think the response of Obama's Black and "nut-root" supporters will be?

Why would Hillary want to wait until after the convention?

Depends on who the plaintiff is. Is it's HRC or someone working on behalf of Her Royal Thighness, this would be better off filed now than after the convention.

This will give the convention-goers something to mull over in their spare time at the convention while they lick the chicken grease from their fingers.

I believe if Hillary happened to end up being the nominee she would be blamed for Obama being taken down and most of Obama’s supporters would stay home or vote McCain.

Hillary will be easier to defeat than Obama. She has too much baggage, including Bill.
