Explosive Audio Found - Obama arguing against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act . . . .

In this audio Obama coldly claims two doctors helping a baby born alive after a botched abortion would be a burden for the aborting mother when he is arguing against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act at the Illinois state legislature April 2002.

Obama doesn’t care about the baby getting the medical attention, just whether or not the aborting mother is burdened.

Obama’s fundraising letter using the “so-called” partial birth abortion ban

That’s why it is critical we nominate someone who has faced these tough choices. That’s why nominating an experienced legislator is so important in this race. It takes courage to cast a vote.

He sponsored S.CON.RES.53: A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that any effort to impose photo identification requirements for voting should be rejected.

In 1999 he was the only Illinois State Senator to vote against a bill barring early release for (criminal) sex offenders.

He voted against filtering pornography on school and library computers and he voted for sex education for kindergarten children through the 5th grade.

Also, in 2001, he voted “present” on a bill to keep pornographic book and video stores and strip clubs from setting up within 1,000 feet of schools and churches.

Twice, Obama voted against bills prohibiting tax funding of abortions….

The great irony is that the left had always thought of abortion as a majority building issue for them. Obama endagners that perception. Actually, Bill Clinton did too with his veto to protect partial birth abortion— but BO really stinks it up for them.

You’re right. Two big ‘if’s remain. The Cackling Comeback Witch and veep. It’s getting terribly late for the rats to dump BO. As for the McVeep, I’m beginning think he’s just teasing us. Not only that, McCain can get people on his short list to fight harder for him if they think they stand a shot. [Crossing fingers.]

Okay, I think I am missing something.

I have read the Illinois BAIPA Here:

Then, I read the federal bill, here:

Now, I hate to defend Obama, but these two bills are NOT the same! The Illinois bill doesn’t contain this clause:

“`(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to affirm, deny, expand, or contract any legal status or legal right applicable to any member of the species homo sapiens at any point prior to being `born alive’ as defined in this section.’.”

Careful calling him a ‘liar’. Seems to me that he is telling the truth. The Illinois bill was different. Tell me what he has lied about.
