True story...it was close to Trick or Treat day, and I was wearing a black, embroidered t-shirt (w/a cute, friendly Jack-O-Lantern on it) and black slacks. I was carrying a collapsable witches hat (w/matching plastic broom)...my daughter and I were going to a Girl Scout function (but we weren't dressing up...just going w/the 'theme'. JWs came to my door...I donned the hat, told them they arrived early for my 'coven' and they just looked at me at left. Really quickly (for older ladies). This was like ten years ago...and I haven't had a return JW visit. I must be in some sort of data base now...

I'll have to remember the blood bank idea though...its a good one.

My parents were/are Witnesses (I’m unclear how that whole former thing works with respect to Witnesses). It’s a strange/different religion. I used to despise them due to events that occurred but now I just pretty much think the majority are misguided folk.
