Hhmmm...interesting sofa..I may have to purchase a LOT of popcorn. However- at 6:30 eastern, the story is gone at the link. Was it a tease? Does he know something? Was it a joke?

Given the hate between the two sides- if he does choose her- it will mean he’s desperate.

If she’s the VP, we’re going to lose.

The critical issue is that when she slips in, McCain's CFR reforms will kick in and she skates for free. McCain will have cost himself the presidency with his own law, by stifling the people's right to free speech just before an election.

The irony of it all...

If this happened, wouldn’t it force McCain to reach out to conservatives?

What point would there be for the maverick to reach across the isle?

He would need an energized Republican base to have any chance of winning.

Exactly.. What I've said all along.. Sans Hillary Obama LOSES...
With Hillary(as VeeP) McLaim has no chance..

Hope Borat chooses another loser.. and NOT Hillary..
Its really that simple.. American women are heavily ditz'ed out..

Do you believe the black vote will sit still for having the nomination stolen from their candidate? If so on what are you basing your assumption?

I agree with you - but:

1. Obama can’t win without Hillary
2. Hillary could win without Obama

Therefore - why should she take the VP spot - she’s got all the leverage.

I was just thinking that, too...I really hope McCain holds off on his VP pick until we are sure Barry is the nominee and that it doesn't include Mrs. Clinton as VP. However, I am most certain that Mrs. Clinton will be the nominee and Barry will be nowhere near the ticket.

I urge everyone to call McCain's office on Monday: 703-418-2008. A lady called in to Rush on Friday and said she spoke to a nice man who said they were getting lots of calls concerning a pro-choice or Dem VP selection.

In what election has the choice of a VP ever made any difference at all? I would bet that even among strong conservatives if you ask them who was Reagan’s VP in 1980 many wouldn’t know, ditto Fords VP or Nixon’s.

People just don’t vote for the VP.

Yep, so true: if she’s his veep, McCain loses, but I don’t think she wins in a last-minute switcheroo.

Which is why if she’s smart she settles for #2 for now—and makes her move after the first Tuesday in November.

They vote for VP if they’re voting by identity politics—and it’s their identity in the veep spot.

The process MUST select Borat Obama not Hillary...
Hillary can become the VeeP though.. just before Obama becomes a victim of some terrible trajedy.. You know like Vince Foster..

When Hillary wins the Presidency, you can all thank Rush Limbaugh and his Operation Chaos which was devised to elevate Hillary to the presidency.

The Clintons are to the Rush Limbaugh Show what Tiger Woods is to golf. Without Tiger, golf is boring. Without Hillary, Rush is boring.

A Hillary presidency would mean high ratings for Rush which he certainly needs. Remember, Rush has a new contract, $38M/year for eight years plus a signing bonus of $100M. Rush needs Hillary like golf needs Tiger.

Oh yeah, don’t forget to order your Operation Chaos gear while its still available. T-shirt, cap, and bumper sticker, all for only $39.95 + S&H.
