Good evening, Kathy! Good evening, everybody!!
FRIDAY!!!! WOOT! WOOT!!
Life's Little Ironies Dept: I just saved a bunch of money today by switching my car insurance from GEICO back to All-State. Go figger.
It's How Hot??? Dept: Checked Google Weather to see if their will be more storms knocking out my satellite reception tonight or tomorrow and I noticed that they give you the current temp to the nearest tenth of a degree, if for some reason you need that kind of accuracy. By the way, it's currently 66.6 degrees in Brooklyn. Guess those storms cooled us off a little.

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life.
“A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather which wolf would win.
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
