But "Obama" told the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois that he had never had another name:

In Source 2, the blogger uses the word "remarried" again with no source posted (it's likely just info gathered from news stories), or any indication that Dunham had married Soetoro before Obama. Again, it's not a credible source, and I suspect it's a grammatical error (since there are others on the page). It probably should read "She remarried. Her second husband's name was Lolo Soetoro..."
You could call both of these well-intentioned "genealogical junk," but not sources.

If you're mom enrolled you under another name, and you never knew, then you would not be committing perjury if you made no mention of it.
OTOH, if you went through school as John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt, that being the name that all your classmates knew you by, the name you printed on all your school work, etc, etc, then you WOULD be committing perjury if you neglected to list it on a legal application that asked for "all names you were KNOWN by"
