We’re in an election cycle where the DIMocrats have fallen over themselves to look like idiots. They come up with ridiculous rules, the party is split between two candidates who, frankly, aren’t that far apart politically. And they chose the least prepared candidate in a time of World tension. Then they display symptoms of second-guessing that decision.
This is not the time for the GOP to be second-guessing itself. McCain should come out strong and deliberate, even overshadowing the Bush administration (which isn’t that hard to do right now). Let Obama change his rhetoric as he has begun to do now on this issue as well. Bring out the issue of oil in the region, how any upheaval in that area could bring serious economic problems. And relate this to “do you really believe Obama is the man for this hour?”.
That’s where McCain/the GOP must go with this. It’s really a no-brainer, but whether the GOP has the will is another matter. I believe McCain does...

......Vladimir Putin just got McCain electred......
My so far unexpressed thought was that Russia doesn’t want to put up with the global mess Husssein will create and is taking a trip through Georgia to give McCain a break.
They are killing severaal birds with one quick sweep.

He looks like Edward G. Robinson in “The Ten Commandments.” That’s NOT a compliment.

How the "Los Alamos Loser" Richardson was elected governor of NM much less be a viable candidate for VPOTUS is a mystery to me. LOLWould you believe NM has 48% legal hispanics, but the illegals vote in NM too. LOL That's the honest truth. Richardson made sure they can vote in NM because he's allowed illegals to obtain NM Driver's Licenses, and with that, they can register to vote.

which tells you something about the federal government, and also something about New MexicoNew Mexico has a history of graft and corruption (and possibly even murder) going back to statehood. This is not a reflection on its people but on those who've strove for office on their backs. It could be considered where "special interests" was originally defined.

"If Obama had only gotten the chance to talk to Putin, none of this would have happened."
According to Obammy's comment today, he's been warning about this for months. Funny thing though, I can't find any of his statements on it.

Seems like we heard this from another Congressman before, right after the Nazis invaded Poland.
These are the words of a self-important narcisist having messianic delusions. Someone who believes their personality and wisdom are such that men will beat their swords into plowshares has no business holding the reins of power.
