Any chance this might be on video somewhere on the internet?NBC is supposed to have a lot of stuff on their site, but I haven't looked. Watch their morning show (would that be the Today Show?). I'd be shocked if they didn't replay at least some of it.

I did see a replay a while ago this morning.
No doubt it will be shown over and over during the day.
Definitely something to behold.

I did not see it, but what thrilling news to awaken to. I cannot imagine a finer or more delicious way to deliver the lesson to Mr Bernard that, in competition, heart is more important than mouth.

Phelps, the first swimmer, got a nice lead, the middle two kept it close and the last swimmer had the swim of his life while the French closer clearly tightened up in the last 25 meters.
Once again, a case of a team beating itself by talking trash and firing up their opponents. You’d think athletes would learn that you don’t need to give your highly competitive opponents extra reasons to want to beat you.

They analyzed the swimmers and the math said France. France should have won. However, they forgot the “America” factor.
