Article. VI.
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Straight from the U.S. Constitution! America decides what America will do, and, because of the ninth and tenth amendments, so will each state decide.

Then maybe international law needs to be changed, but that doesn’t occur to liberals.

SHAMNASTY IRRATIONAL, please go to Georgia and tell the Russians theyre violating International Law.Amnesty International is the PETA of world governance.
PETA has no problem throwing paint on little old ladies in fur coats, but you'll never catch a PETAphile hanging around outside a biker bar waiting for the gentlemen in leather to come out.
Then too, it must be darned hard to be a peace-loving, kum-bi-ya bureaucrat. Who's going to enforce your rules?

The execution of José Ernesto Medellín Rojas by the state of Texas is a violation of international law, said Amnesty International today. Ok, so let AI sue the state of Texas in the globalist International Court of "Justice" and see where that gets them. One thing that AI can be dead certain of, their effete international court can't bring that murdering, raping, torturing, illegal immigrant back from hell where he's now waiting for his compadres in crime to join him.
Gen 9:6 "Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man." AI and the International Court of Justice don't believe in capital punishment, but God does and that tells me that death is the proper penalty for murder.

Amnesty International can stick it where the moon don't shine. There is
nothing objective about that agenda-driven organization.
God bless Texas!!

It undermines the authority of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) which had ruled in favour of a stay of execution.
And exactly what constitutional authority does the ICJ have?

I don’t see it as a victory as there was no fight to begin with. The international court has no jurisdiction over Texas or any other state and never has. It would be as if I were to form my own little personal court and issued proclamations against various states’ cases.

The USA is a Representative Republic and since none of the clowns in this kangaroo court were elected to office nor was this court codified in our Constitution, their rulings aren't worth the toilet paper their meanderings were written on.
