DEMOCRATIC presidential contender Barack Obama is caught up in a stunning new scandal as investigators scour the nation for a secret love child, political insiders reveal in a blockbuster GLOBE exclusive. This week's special report details the shocking reasons behind the search - and where investigators are looking. It's must reading for every American.
Here is a recent teaser story from the Globe.
There’s probabably some dude in a blog who announced [posted] that he will go on google and find an ‘Obama Love Child’. Shocking blockbuster exclusive. / sarc
I guess this could be the first time that a man has given birth to a kid.
It *IS* a blog. It’s not the Boston Globe, just some online “magazine” speculating that there might be such. Wasted time. Bye.
I got an error message when I tried to open the link.
I was looking for the satire designation.
This whole Edwards thing is just a trial balloon by the Obama campaign.
I noticed that he does play basketball. Ever wonder why the NBA doesn’t play on Father’s Day? It would be too embarassing.
WRONG!! Danny Devito already impregnated Arnold Schwarzenegger with Emma Thompson's fertilized egg and Arnold gave birth.

Your sarcasm is misplaced. The tabloids broke the story on Sen. Edwards, they also broke several other political scandals that the lamestream media wouldn’t touch. I’m not going to look down my nose at journalists or magazines who are actually doing their job.
And you have to admit, the silly stories about “three headed aliens” are entertaining.

The Globe is a tabloid. You can buy it in the grocery store. The link above is to their website.
“Your sarcasm is misplaced.”
Sorry, I thought this was the ‘Boston Globe’. They were a tabloit during ‘Abu Grab’. This is a blog? Well, that’s a step up.
“Im not going to look down my nose at journalists or magazines who are actually doing their job.”
Right. I respect bloggers more than the Boston Globe.
“And you have to admit, the silly stories about three headed aliens are entertaining.”
Oh, I suppose I would. Yeah well, tell those three headed aliens to keep away from me. FRegards ....
oh, puhhhlease! the cover at the site says GW and Laura have split - seperate bedrooms and she is buying her own house in Dallas! LOL.....it’s a tabloid and not a very reliable one.
Urg... I just don’t think about tabloids when I’m on a forum. Man did you catch me flat-footed. I’m sending some three-headed aliens after you, and maybe some six headed hyrdras [oh wait, Hillary and Pelosi are too busy right now].
Unlike the National Enquirer, the Globe is rarely right.
No need for the Globe or the mainstream media to do much investigative journalism. Both sides have large opposition research teams constantly looking for some Edwards-like blockbuster. But frankly I think they’re barking up the wrong tree with Obama. I doubt he’d ever have the guts to be unfaithful to Michelle; she has a mother-son relationship with him and I’m sure he’s scared to death of her.
"The Culture of Copulation!"

Of course it’s a tabloid. As to it’s reliability....time will tell. You will notice, though, that their treatment is relatively evenhanded. This week, a story about President Bush. Last week, Barack Obama. Would you expect any evenhanded treatment from the NY Times?
Also, would you honestly expect “respectable” news sources like the Washington Post to publish anything negative about Barack Obama?

I respect the National Enquirer more than the Boston Globe, although I confess I have no respect for the Boston Globe, so it's probably not a good comparison.
“...GW and Laura have split...”
Who would have thought it. Geore Bush and Laura Ingram were having an affair?
