Yes, it is an opportunity...but even if it was the Patagonia, you would be doing the same thing.

I used stilton....but gorganzola would be good as well.

I used a mixture of oil cured olives & smashed to pit.

I split a loaf of artesian bagette bread & let one side toast plain & then drizzled olive oil on it. YOM! :)

It IS long. Piper will be school-age by the time they get
back. Boggles the mind. I get a tummy ache when I think about
it too much! LOL!

It’s a looooooong flight over there. They will be in northern
Japan...near the Russian border. Yikes!

Oops!! I’m afraid that I ate it alllll up! :D Yep, had the
puffy taco, too. mmmmmm.....

We must have had the same short rain. Just enough to send me
scurrying inside from sitting out on the patio. It was only
1/100th. Not enough to even wet the sidewalk. *sigh*
