I’ve been fighting with Gisol all darned day!

They went down and now they want me to upload index files!

Smart FTP can’t even connect with them!

If I hadn’t shaved my head for the summer, I’d pull my hair out!

Yikes....were you able to talk to a live person?

I thought index files came from the provider.

When I open public_html in Bluefish, it has index.htm and index.html

It is just there. I never had to upload it (if that is what they are talking about).

Now the nonconnection is weird. It seems like it should connect, but then be a problem later if something is wrong. If you can’t connect, how can you upload anything?

I only know the bare minimum to make things work.

Seems like someone at Gisol is gonna have to walk you thru each step to upload index files.....(and where are they and where did they come from or how did they get lost).

When I check my files it is there, so I have no idea what’s going on...It just doesn’t work.

I’ll call tech support monday and talk with a human bean.

Sounds like a plan. I need someone that can see my site and talk me through WHY is doesn’t work, and what to do to fix it.....

I still have 2 years left on my three year theft!

I will never buy a multi-year plan again...

They say they will refund the unused term, but good luck getting your money back. Fortunately your back-up has really increased storage and bandwidth, but you have to monitor closely for theives. Ask mylife.

AND no matter what you do, make sure you have EVERYTHING at gisol backed-up to a hard drive.

Friday Nights tunes will not play, my website went down early am on Saturday, was down all day Saturday.

I had To use my backup website, those should still play.
