When and How will the Obama Birth Certificate Forgery story break into the MSM? How do we get this out? Will we need to start filing lawsuits in each individual state?

Post your suppositions and activist suggestions here.

I’ve seen nothing to show that such apparent fits could not happen by coincidence.
***Coincidence? That’s fascinating. What are the chances that the stars align tonight and spell out the words, “Obama’s Birth Certificate is a Forgery”? About the same as the chances of random specks lining up in such a way as to spell Obama’s sister’s name. If you’re so convinced, then log onto techdude’s blog and take issue with him. But what you write is an example of what Cicero called ” aspernatio rationalis”. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/religion/2055569/posts?page=134#134

All well and good.

I realize the dems will try and equate the situations, but they still aren’t equal. Even if McCain were born on Panamanian soil, both his parents were still U.S. citizens, unlike Obama’s.

Republicans were just trying to make it so the dems have nothing to bark about. There still is no problem.

The republicans can’t touch it because McCain was born in Panama,

That's just not accurate. There is NO QUESTION AT ALL that the children of US Citizen military (or government) personnel born overseas are "native born" U.S. citizens. That is established and well tested law. Having only one parent a citizen though, at the time of Obama's birth, with her not being resident in the USA for a period of time before he was born--makes him NOT a "native born" American IF he were not born in the USA.

There is no legal comparison to Obama (if he wasn't born in Hawaii) and McCain in this.

The "dual citizenship" question above is also troubling. Has America EVER had a President with dual citizenship?

I know in a technical sense its not (supposed) to even be possible with naturalized citizens, since in the oath they swear when they become US citizens, they forswear all other national loyalties. Of course many lie....and keep dual citizenship.

Well, the cure is worse than the disease if that were the case.

But am I going to waste my time while no credible report is available to confirm? Nope.

When the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, they were consciously trying to avoid jus sanguinis as Britain used this very doctrine to assert that anyone born anywhere of British parents is a British subject, and could therefore legally be pressed into the service of the Crown.

Are you sure?

I don't see that referenced in the proceedings, yet concern over "foreign influence" in American politics is mentioned along with "natural-born"...note John Jay's letter to George Washington, during the (Philadelphia)Constitutional Convention of 1787:

"Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen."

Are you saying that conservatives are uninterested in the truth, but liberals are?

Sheesh.

Guess I'll have to start calling myself a Liberal then, since I won't stop looking into whether new evidence is available.

Quiet frankly I wasted a few hours looking this over. It’s bullshit. All of it.
***I do not believe you. If you had such credentials and were as capable as you claim, you could easily refute it what’s written on Techdude’s blog but instead you choose to seagull here. It doesn’t smell right. Polarik might be able to assist here.

True. But Polarik proved it a forgery weeks ago.

And this will not hit the mainstream unless it can be replicated.
***For the sake of discussion, let’s assume that it does get replicated independently as you say. Will the media still sit on it? How would we overcome that?

Polarik put forth in crystal clear language with examples of how the forgery was made.

There is NO QUESTION AT ALL that the children of US Citizen military (or government) personnel born overseas are "native born" U.S. citizens. That is established and well tested law.

Source please?

BTW, I was raised on air bases. In the schools on those bases (which were run by the military) we were taught that those of us born overseas could never be president.

There is plenty of question. And no, the issue has never been fully defined.

Pissant used it and I needed something I could hang my hat on so that we would have a clean keyword that doesn’t include stupid stuff like John Edwards’ love-child. If you want a better one, go ahead and add keywords to the pertinent threads as I did.

If it can be replicated, it’s the blockbuster news of the decade. No news org would “sit” on it.

It’s not being “sat on” now because it’s not news. It’s just vague claims from one person and maybe another that “independently” did the same thing.

Unless it can be replicated, it’s nothing.

It can and has been replicated. More importantly, it has been shown to be a forgery for a whole host of reasons. Maya’s name or not.

Polarik discredited a separate fraudulent image:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2040924/posts?page=35#35

You are being so disingenuous pissant, i know you know you are comparing a different forged COLB.  Why are you running interference on FR for this conspiracy theory?

FR's management finally banned Michael Rivero so many years ago, and this crock of a conspiracy is even more pathetic than the white UN buses in Texas claims of years past.

Why are you dragging FR into this sewer?

Hmmmmm, sounds like John Jay specifically wanted to exclude anyone who by, virtue of being born on foreign soil, might think of themselves as anything but an American from being the CIC.

After all, would a child of Americans born in say, Quebec, have been reluctant to fight the French during the French and Indian Wars so fresh in American’s memories?

How different would our map and self image be if we lost to the French???
