When and How will the Obama Birth Certificate Forgery story break into the MSM? How do we get this out? Will we need to start filing lawsuits in each individual state?

The whole Obama “natural born citizen or not” issue will only be settled via challenging in multiple states his eligibility to be on the ballot. The discovery process should answer the question.
Unfortunately, as I wrote in previous posts...
the seeds of his poison fruit have been planted in the lawsuit of Berg vs. Obama. Once Hillary walks away from it, the whole thing will fall like a house of cards. That means the republicans will need to pick up where the democrats left off, but the evidence is getting so muddled that it would take any reasonable judge a couple of years to wade through it rather than a few weeks.
So the long & the short of it is, he also says that the Berg vs. Obama forensic analysis is based upon Techdude’s fraudulent claims and the whole lawsuit is gonna go up in smoke. The whole thing could easily fall apart during the republican convention, which would be a high likelihood when we see how complicit the MSM is in upholding liberals.
.... now I don’t think there is even enough time for a handoff, it would depend upon the republicans having a pair of cojones AND being fast moving. That would be a first.

Please remember that this nation's founders used anonymous aliases in the fierce discussions that took place when the Constitution was ratified. "Doctor" Krawetz obviously has no respect for that tradition. Instead Krawetz decided he'd hit on some man.
Krawetz whacked Fink out of the blue. It was nasty, it was mean. Good people should have ZERO respect for such a hacker.
I'm going to stick with my read on the issue then -- four weeks ago. IMO, Krawetz does not know who Techdude is, and Krawetz still doesn't know whether Techdude was or was not Fink. Nor has Krawetz debunked anything.
I agree only that the Berg suit could be a total fubar.
Late to the parade? I outed him before anyone else did. Stealing someone else's credentials is not what got him into trouble. It was his hubris for thinking that nobody has ever seen a real 2007 COLB, so I'll just claim that it looks like 2006 & 2008 COLBs.

I encourage anyone who can do damage to Obama on this brouhaha. In particular, the most telling piece of evidence is the fact that Obama hasn’t released a paper copy of the document to whomever asks, just like John McCain has done. That would have made this whole thing go away for Obama, and now that the issue is causing real political damage, that’s evidence enough for me to know there’s something there. Basically, there’s blood in the water.

***Perhaps you could start a thread here on Free Republic that walks through Krawetz’s analysis and why you think he hasn’t debunked anything. Keep it simple enough for newbies to understand because there are thousands each day that are becoming aware of this issue and they get lost immediately in all the techogeekspeak.

Here’s something to consider when you write that book of yours. Remember how I keep saying that it needs to be brought down to the level of the average voter? Here’s some feedback on a website that’s following this very thread, and that’s precisely what they say.

It’s almost as if the only ones who are talking about this are speaking another language.
I certainly hope that if and when this ever goes mainstream, that someone somewhere has prepared something that “your typical” American voter can comprehend.
For the first time since this brouhaha started, with the IsraelInsider analysis of the JPEG image on the FightTheSmears website, this issue shows signs of winding down. When I would click on the “comments” tab under the keyword Certifigate, there would usually be too many comments to read. Today there were none.
Obviously, with the Republican convention starting, Hurricane Gustav making landfall, the Sarah Palin announcement & media frenzy, etc., this item is low on people’s radar. But it happens to be right at the time when there needs to be a handoff of Berg vs. Obama & any other litigation to the republicans.
That’s how handoffs get messed up.

Did you ever find out if that is real? It looks like a forgery...the “USA” typeface on the right side doesn’t match the rest of it, same with the registration number...and there is a faint A just to the left of the C in Colon.
