When and How will the Obama Birth Certificate Forgery story break into the MSM? How do we get this out? Will we need to start filing lawsuits in each individual state?
Post your suppositions and activist suggestions here.
Mitchell Langbert’s blog has a paragraph that describes one of the dangers of this whole inquiry, the unfortunate handwaving we nontechnical underlings must engage in, and how someone like Techdude was able to squirrel his way into prominence.
http://mitchell-langbert.blogspot.com/2008/08/drake-questions-techdudes-analysis-is.html
Instead, what seems to be happening is that Techdude makes his claims and, as “support” for them, goes into laborious detail using very technical language and images with boxes and numbers. Most people simply skim these explanations, regarding them as beyond their expertise, and simply accepting his ultimate conclusions. Yet, when other non-pseudonymous graphic experts actually take the time to sludge through his explanations, they find them vacuous and insufficient to point toward Techdude’s ultimate conclusions. Although I in no way regard myself as a graphics expert, I have reached the same conclusion when I have actually taken the time to go through his dense analysis. At the end, I ask myself, “Is there something I’m missing?” Yet, for a significant period of time, I have simply assumed that the missing analysis is there and Techdude has either not yet posted it or I am simply unable to understand it. As time goes on, I am becoming convinced that nearly everyone on the Atlas blog and on the TexasDarlin’ blog is doing the same thing. Each person thinks to himself or herself, Well, I don’t understand it, but it looks impressive and very technical, and all of these other people are convinced, so apparently his explanations have satisfied them. The result is that each person simply assumes that the others understand and have independently verified. It’s like the free rider problem in economics.
I'd classify Liddy as alternative media.
But the Times Herald of London is mainstream.

Lawsuit Questions Obama's Eligibility For Office : Citizenship Claim At Issue

Thanks, I haven’t been to that website very often. That guy Berg is a real nutcase, a 9/11 truther, so there is a reasonably high chance that this is a setup to make republicans look bad.
When I started to look over the forensic evidence that he promotes, it sounds like he’s using Techdude as a primary resource. Wasn’t Techdude found to be a fraud?
Here’s a glimpse, sure sounds like Techdude to me.
Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery. Why? Why a COLB (certificate of live birth) forgery? That is the question.
My deepest thanks and appreciation our forensic analyst’s unwavering commitment to the truth despite the threats and harassment, the slashed tires and the dead animal on his porch.
The analyst is an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American College of Forensic Examiners, The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, International Information Systems Forensics Association - the list goes on. He also a board certified as a forensic computer examiner, a certificated legal investigator, and a licensed private investigator. He has been performing computer based forensic investigations since 1993 (although back then it did not even have a formal name yet) and he has performed countless investigations since then.
So, basically earlier this month I went on vacation and then when I came back, Techdude was out of favor due to a “meltdown”. I haven’t had the time to catch up till now to see what happened. I know you all are current on the situation, but I have been lagging and I now realize where all the freeper invective has been coming from. This guy Techdude was the perfect plant for messing up the whole thing, and the seeds of his poison fruit have been planted in the lawsuit of Berg vs. Obama. Once Hillary walks away from it, the whole thing will fall like a house of cards. That means the republicans will need to pick up where the democrats left off, but the evidence is getting so muddled that it would take any reasonable judge a couple of years to wade through it rather than a few weeks.

Who is TechDude?
Updated 6-Aug-2008
I have heard from the person that TechDude is impersonating. TechDude is impersonating Adam Fink’s background and credentials. I offer a sincere apology to Mr. Fink for associating his impersonation with TechDude.
I previously wrote that TechDude’s declared background was similar to Mr. Fink, but not a perfect alignment with Mr. Fink, suggesting that it could be an impersonation. That indeed is the case.
It is important to recognize that TechDude’s analysis is misleading and fraudulent. Moreover, TechDude is impersonating a respected investigator. People should not harass Mr. Fink since he is yet another victim of TechDude’s deception.

UPDATE: Is TexasDarlin now effectively claiming that Techdude is in fact Adam Fink?
Actually, I have one other thought for Mr. Cannon:
If you are so sure about your allegation, why dont you contact that real person and confirm that his i.d. has been ripped off. Since youre such a cracker-jack detective, that should be a piece of cake for you to accomplish.
In fact, Im surprised you didnt do that before publishing your *breaking* accusation.

What are the odds?

I started looking over Koyaan’s posts. It’s too bad he was a troll and got zotted, because he had some good technical insights. I suppose it’s hard for people to be polite when they’re normally operating like an adam henry clymer.
Anyways, I found a way to look up his posts even though his account is banned:
http://www.freerepublic.com/tag/by:koyaan/index?tab=comments;brevity=full;options=no-change
Then I wandered over to his blog and it seems he has some unkind words to say about me, well, a guy who has a similar handle as me and happens to say exactly the same things I said in a thread... ;-)
So the long & the short of it is, he also says that the Berg vs. Obama forensic analysis is based upon Techdude’s fraudulent claims and the whole lawsuit is gonna go up in smoke. The whole thing could easily fall apart during the republican convention, which would be a high likelihood when we see how complicit the MSM is in upholding liberals.
Earlier this evening I started this exercise with the notion that we might have 2 weeks to have the baton handed off from PUMA to the republicans. But now I don’t think there is even enough time for a handoff, it would depend upon the republicans having a pair of cojones AND being fast moving. That would be a first.

In my old thread over on Banana Republic, Milligan wrote:
How many forensic document experts examined OB BC?

.conflict of interest here.
Kevmoron replied:
None. Because Obama hasnt offered the document for examination. But there have been Technical Guys that have examined the electronic version offered on Obamas FightTheSmears website and theyve determined it to be a forgery. One of the premium examiners is the freeper Polarik.
And over on pissants thread, TheNewPundit wrote (in part) to Polarik:
You claim that no one has refuted your evidence, yet your evidence wouldnt hold water in a court of law.
To this, Kevmoron replied:
Its already holding water in a court of law, Berg Vs. Obama. The judge has not thrown out the lawsuit as trivial because the evidence is strong enough to consider.
The evidence is strong enough to consider?
What a rube Kevmoron is.
The evidence with regard to the COLB presented in Bergs case is the evidence of the infamous Techdude. On his website Berg says:
My deepest thanks and appreciation our forensic analysts unwavering commitment to the truth despite the threats and harassment, the slashed tires and the dead animal on his porch.
The analyst is an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American College of Forensic Examiners, The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, International Information Systems Forensics Association - the list goes on. Yup. Thats Techdude alright.
The same Techdude who was exposed as a fraud. The same Techdude who was found to have been fabricating his evidence. The same Techdude whose articles were pulled off both TexasDarlin and NoQuarter because even they could no longer deny that they had been duped.
And if Kevmoron doesnt believe me, he can take it up with the premium examiner Polarik, who just this past Sunday over on Atlas Shrugs said this:
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but TechDude is a liar and a fraud who fabricated evidence, and outright stole the ideas of others.
So much for the case not having been thrown out because the evidence is strong enough to consider. The case wasnt thrown out because Berg did not exercise due diligence and fed the judge a steaming pile of fraudulent bullshit. Something the judge will not be made aware of until after the defendants have been served and their motions to dismiss have been filed.

By the way, this bitter Koyaan dude is responding to other free republic posts on his blog. Basically when I look through his stuff there’s a low signal/noise ratio because he’s such a jerk, but it’s worth looking at if he comes up with any factual evidence.
Here’s his rationale:

I guess being away from politics as long as I have has caused me to forget just how utterly batshit crazy some people can be.
I posted this thread over at Free Banana Republic earlier this afternoon. Within an hour there were shrieks of TROLL!, the title of my thread was changed, and my posting privileges revoked.
Someone there posted a link to this blog, so if anyone from over there would like to ask any questions about or take any issues with what Id posted, theyre more than welcome to do so here. I wont stoop to the cowardice that was displayed over there.

there is a reasonably high chance that this is a setup to make republicans look bad.
***Actually, to expand a little bit, I don’t think it was a conspiracy from the beginning to make republicans look bad. I think it was Berg acting on Hildebeast’s orders so that she could shake up the convention, generate a floor fight if she had the critical mass, and basically knock Obama flat so she could step in for 2012. But the guy is a democrat, and with no floor fight there’s very little chance Hildebeast will get anything in this cycle. So Berg is probably thinking that it might not be in his best interest (nor the party’s) to be the guy who takes down the democrat candidate. He has to weigh a promise from Hildebeast that might come true 4 years from now versus a bunch of heat from Team Obama that could come to hurt him today. It’s all the more reason why the republican party needs to take over at this point.
Wow, I missed all of that.
That Pam person (AtlasShrugs) swore up and down that she verified TechDude.
Interesting.
I had thought that Berg was a setup. I even posted on the thread that his suit may be a vaccination against other suits.
I had spoken to Pam once. It was when her site wasn’t loading and I emailed her about it. She was nasty and accused me of copyright infringement on her material. I’ve never posted her material anywhere. Very strange.
Maybe Steve Ellis, aka Koyaan, has Tourette Syndrome. It certainly is a good possibility, because he seems to have no self control over his use of foul language, especially lots of swear words related to excrement, when he is on his own blog, or on mine. He is also a pathological liar.
Yet, he knows that he cannot get away with being a potty mouth on FR, and he wonders why he was banned. BUT, he's lurking out there, trolling around here for things that he can denigrate on his cesspool of a blog.
He's a 25 year old teenager.
He calls you, "Kevmoron," but I'm the one who really drives him bonkers. He keeps devoting whole posts to me, with such creative titles as "Again, Polarik is full of "s**t" and pithy comebacks like "And Polarik wonders why I called him a f**king retard."
My advice is to either ignore him, or to leave your posts on his blog, and see how he likes it.
He's reminds me of a squashed bug on the windshield: annoying, but not worth stopping to clean it off.
Basically, I’m after the facts. This Koyaangutan dude verified that the Berg vs. Obama lawsuit was drawn from Techdude’s quiver. So the guy calls me Kevmoron, big deal — it’s his blog and he’s bitter that he doesn’t have the internal fortitude to take a few punches on the nose while he’s in the ring of Free Republic. When you’ve been a freeper as long as I have, you see all kinds come & go.
So, what do we do about this? You know that I keep encouraging you to write a book — you’re one of the few in this brouhaha that gets to make money. Well, you could also make some lawyer dude rich (and you get a cut of it) in your state by getting him to file a state lawsuit. I’m afraid that this thing is headed over a cliff and the republicans won’t lift a finger to stop it. They’re too gutless.
I even posted on the thread that his suit may be a vaccination against other suits.
***I doubt that was the original intent because he’s been open about his motives. He was quoted saying that he wanted the democrats to draw first blood because he feared the republicans would let the thing drone on until an October surprise. He basically wanted to help Hillary. Well, now that she has let loose of her delegates the pressure will be on Berg to drop this lawsuit. In a way his lawsuit does act as a vaccination if he withdraws, but that wouldn’t stop a determined litigant. Unfortunately, the republicans do not fit that description.
Techdude retreated at a bad time, but that doesn’t make him a fraud. Those who claim so advance a claim with no known support.
Look at post #285, there is support. If you continue to think there isn’t support, go ahead and post it here why you think so. Polarik was one of the guys saying Techdude was a fraud, so maybe you can hash it out with him.
I have heard from the person that TechDude is impersonating. TechDude is impersonating Adam Finks background and credentials. I offer a sincere apology to Mr. Fink for associating his impersonation with TechDude.
I think it was from either AJStrata or Dr. Krawetz.
It’s right there in post #285, Dr. Krawetz.
