Well, this was to be expected, considering the peace protestors involved - Chester County 'Peace' Movement.
They employed (most likely pro-bono) a token Democrat lawyer from West Chester, Samuel C Stretton, to draft a threatening letter to Rich Davis. Rich is head of the Chester County Victory Movement - American Sheepdogs.
The same tactic was employed by a VFP'er Sandy Kelson in Erie, Pa and it failed magnificently. As will this latest stunt by the 'peace' movement. The CCPM is the same group that can boast of having a convicted 'peace slapper' in their midst.
The Sheepdogs welcome the opportunity to see what evidence the good esquire has to back up the vague statements in this harassing letter.
I've 11 months worth of video and photographs that illustrate all the allegations in this letter are less than factual, even outright lies. I'll even throw in the video of my assault by a member of the CCPM.
Four simple words: See you in court!
Tell him to stick his “lawyer letter” where most of his colleagues keep their heads.
Well, I guess, once again, only the Left can shout derogatory comments.
I’ve got a better idea since I’m so tired of the Leftist pukes yelling and intimidating and then using the court system to shut up their opponents.
Let’s just set up a huge rumble. No weapons just empty hands. We’d all feel a whole hell of a lot better if we had bloody knuckles for a couple of weeks. I know I would.
CCPM is a violation of “standards of decency” and “respectful” protest.
So far, the only threats and violence that WCPD has had to take care of have come from the Chester County “Peace” Movement.
Stretton is just an ass. He can not impose his standards on political speech.
Although, we could counter sue with a defamation of character...hmmmm...
I am From West Chester... and say hello to Mr Davis... Is he at the Knights of Columbus 1333 Now!???
Freedom of speech? I would start Videotaping from afar so they don’t see you.. and Produce it...in Court.. when YOU ask for a Restraining Order!! haha even use a Tape recording set up a FM Transmitter placed at their Corner and Tape their Conversations..from Your Location! Simple effective and Legal!
I’ve 11 months of video on these goons. I am more than happy to produce all the video I have in a court of law.
There already is a stay away order on Meicht - the Peace Slapper.
The lawyer for the Moonbats cross state not only got a little old lady convicted, he got two young ladies arrested.
Told the moonbats that nobody could tape you in public, at a demonstartion without your permission. Imagine that, the courts have ruled that you have no expectation of privacy in a public place, so you can’t bitch about being photographed or recorded. Double that when you put yourself out there in public during a demonstration when you’re seeking attention.
Bottom line is two chicks in stripperware get all amped up and demanding names because they’re “going to sue”, flip out and then get violent at their “peace” demonstration.
They relied on the hippie lawyer’s BS and got burned.
You are so right, good Doctor, about the a$$ part of the last sentence.
I am so grateful to all who attend the West Chester, High and Market Saturdays, and especially to the Freepers and Sheepdogs who post the goings on. Wish I could be there.
Unlike John "Hearsay" Beitzel who won't put up, won't shut up and goes on and on about a video that proves his side but will never be seen.

Seeing this sort of BS in my old home town makes me wonder how so much human waste from the city and other liberal areas was able to seep into Chester County. :(

You claim to be from West Chester and you have failed to realize there is a state college for waste product teachers there.
It’s a nuclear free zone BTW.
And Smerconish is from Bucks County, but he practiced law in Philly. He didn’t fare so well in Doylestown, winners talk, BS walks. I think Giordano is a South Philly guy.
True, I should have made it more clear that I was referring more to Chester County in general. I lived in West Goshen Township.
Sam Stretton has been a local mental midget since I went to West Chester State. I think he even tried to run for congress. Just the kind of moron they group attracts.
I used to practice law in West Chester. Stretton is the local moonbat lawyer for all sorts of stuff. IIRC, he was the one who represented the “Free-Thought Society” (love the name) who wanted to tear the Ten Commandments off the Chester County Courthouse wall (where they had stood for in excess of 100 years or so). So much for free thought . . .
There is no leftist cause to radical for this assclown to handle.
Funny thing is, overall, Chester County is a Republican stronghold (or at least was when I left in 1998).
