It is judicial tyranny. Nothing but. The Constitution isn’t even considered a “good idea” by the Left anymore.

It’s only role for them is the same role it serves Al Qaeda, it is twisted to protect those who seek to destroy our form of government and laws.

"Apparently he regretted what he did and we can hope he asked Jesus for forgiveness before he died."

Nice sentiment, but in the real world, he was a monster that caused unspeakable horrors to a couple of young girls. I often times hope there IS a righteous after-life just so these monsters can BURN forever! And I hope that Jesus said, "too late; too little...join Satan in a pool of burning oil forever!!!". Screw him.

LOL

Basil, my basil isn't growing as good this year as last year.

Remember the picture?

But my son has a jungle of it...

"This was Bush’s call and shame on him for it."

No shit! This man has been the biggest disappointment of my political involvement. He's done a "few" good things, but mostly caved to the Dims while forwarding his NWO agenda.

I can't help believe that we were one vote away from an uprising.

I noticed you said that twice, in two different ways.

I repeated it because it is quite true.

Astounding though it may be.

Frightening isn't it?

"As it is, they made it look like they were seriously considering, and in fact were one vote short of seriously considering an issue that the court itself had just decided upon as regards this foreign influence, treaty or otherwise."

Jeff, I'm glad the guy is dead and hopefully frying in hell, but the Supremes made a bad decision here by not remanding it back down to the Texas Board of Appeals. This is a bigger issue than this scumbag. The USSC should have not even considered this appeal for stay of execution, according to your own statement above, as well as mine earlier in this thread.

Justice was done, but again, the Supremes contradicted themselves and also showed us we are one or two decisions away from tyranny. Best, good to talk with you again.

It scares me to my very core...it always has. My only hope is that the liberal/socialists will push hard enough to awaken the sleeping giant called Joe-Soccor-Mom. It's starting to look like the energy crisis MAY be the issue to turn the tide, providing enough old school Repub/Conservatives can exploit it. We'll see, but again, I don't have much faith.

They denied his request for a Stay and for Habeas Corpus. It was a 5-4 decision, with Justice Scalia writing for the majority.

Thanks for the information. I was so mad when they held it up. I thought it was going to take months before it was heard. Thank God they rejected it. He deserved to die. No point in making the families of the girls go through any more heartbreak.

With all due respect to California - it is a beautiful state (and if we had the Libs 'then' that we have now; it would be as 'pristine' as ANWR. . .but yes, there is a problem in 'big K' Kalifornia. Only hope the old adage; as California 'goes'. . .

But this latest just adds icing to the bitter cake here and goes to my wondering about a 'collective suicide mission' that America appears to be on as we 'embrace' the Leftist,Liberal and most radical (Marxist/Maoist, Islamist/Black Lib Theology driven) 'Candidate for Change'.

Just saw this at World Net Daily/per Drudge Report. So 'radical Islamists' are protected as well, as 'Democrats Kill ban on terrorists in schools':

Really, as we embrace 'friends', ideas. . . such as this; who needs enemies?

You must be born here to be a Texan.

So Sam Houston was not a Texan? Sorry, but I vote here(Abilene, Tx). That makes me a Texan even though I was born in Arizona.

Or Davy Crockett not a Texan? Sorry, but I vote in Auckland New Zealand and watch Walker, Texas Ranger. And by gum, I’m a Texan — at least for tonite.

“Medellin’s execution, the fifth this year in the nation’s busiest capital punishment state, attracted international attention after he raised claims he wasn’t allowed to consult the Mexican consulate for legal help following his arrest.”

Here’s a note to all Mexican murderers and rapists: Consult your consulate about raping and murdering our people BEFORE you come to Texas. It will save time.

We’ll still kill you, but you won’t have to whine to some international court about stuff that we don’t care about anyway. The execution line is full...we have to keep it moving.
