Jeff, I'm glad the guy is dead and hopefully frying in hell, but the Supremes made a bad decision here by not remanding it back down to the Texas Board of Appeals. This is a bigger issue than this scumbag. The USSC should have not even considered this appeal for stay of execution, according to your own statement above, as well as mine earlier in this thread.

Justice was done, but again, the Supremes contradicted themselves and also showed us we are one or two decisions away from tyranny. Best, good to talk with you again.

There was no need to remand this case to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals because they had already heard the most recent version of these claims and rejected them in a decision issued last week.
