Within three hours of his arrest, Medellin admitted his role in the gruesome murders, appalling authorities with his boastful, callous description of the night's events. The pictures of the crime scene in the case file were particularly gruesome.
The only injustice here is that it took 15 years to execute this POS.

Texas Executes Jose Medellin
POSTED: 9:54 pm CDT August 5, 2008
UPDATED: 10:12 pm CDT August 5, 2008
HUNTSVILLE, Texas -- Texas has executed Mexican-born condemned prisoner Jose Medellin for the 1993 rape-slayings of two teenage Houston girls.
The state carried out the execution late Tuesday night after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected his request for a reprieve in a split vote. Medellin, 33, claimed he was denied treaty-guaranteed help from the Mexican consulate when he was arrested.
now permanently rehabilitated

Texas maintains the legal right to pull out of the Union.
They could become independent = that would be fun to watch. Then they’d have the biggest immigration problem in their history as regular Americans flocked to Texas. (only half kidding)

You’re exactly right, but at the same time we’d be rid of all the Mexicans, nanny-staters, tree huggers and run of the mill liberals in a friggin’ hurry.
I think I’d be OK with that exchange. Send me your conservatives, ya’ll can have all the garbage we can’t (yet) legally remove from the state.

If a SC justice believes we are subject to “international law” as announced by some bogus court, then we are in serious trouble.

I don’t want him elected either but do you believe JM would pick constitutional, conservative judges? He doesn’t even like us.
