good work on weight loss! I have been a vegetarian for decades but would have a VERY: hard time giving up cheese.. I LOVE CHEESE!
so the vegan diet is not appealing. I am not on this diet for health reasons.

I thought giving up cheese would be hard, but I sub veggie/vegan cheese and it seems ok. In fact, I find I use very little cheese now, even with the veggie option. Shoot, if I can give up my nightly ice cream, I can give up anything!
