Perigueux, France - The Perigueux District Attorney announced today that he is indicting a 40-year old man who had abducted and raped a 12-year old girl on Wednesday in Coulounieix-Chamiers [a small town]. The child was freed by police early on Thursday morning, after she alerted a few passers-by through a window.
According to Adjunct DA Odile de Fritsch, the girl was in a state of acute shock. She had no injuries in her sexual organs, but she was sexually assaulted and was forced to perform oral sex. She was repeatedly beaten and kicked. Her jawbone joint was injured.
The rapist is an Algerian citizenship, born in 1964, who lived alone in France on an invalidity pension. He was known by the police for theft and violation of immigration laws.
The girl had gone shopping to a place near her home on Wednesday around 5 PM, and the man talked her into following him to his apartment under a false pretense. Her family became alarmed and started searching the neighborhood, enrolling many neighbors and friends. Then, around 9:40 PM, her mother then went to the police station to signal the girl's disappearance.
Around 1 AM on Thursday morning, the girl attempted to escape by tying bed sheets to the window of the rapist's third-floor apartment. while the man was asleep. She then alerted two youths that were passing by the apartment building. The youths advised her to stay in the apartment while they called the police. Policemen broke through the door around 1;30 and rescued the victim, who had locked herself in the toilets. They arrested the man, who denies everything and is giving only "evasive answers".
The rapist was living less than 50 m (150 ft) away from the victim.

* The perp is an illegal already arrested for theft but he is still in France, and still on the dole.
* The cops took thirty minutes to rescue a child from a rapist. This is probably because the place was one of these "sensitive suburbs" where the police cannot enter without risking attacks.
Fortunately, the rapist was dumb enough to be outsmarted by a little girl. My only regret is that he will probably be slapped on the wrist and get out of jail in a few years, ready to start again.

So he is either 43 or 44 depending on when his birthday is. But near the top of the story it said he was 40.
Not an important error, but it undermines my faith in the fact checking reporters are supposed to do.
I have a lot of problems with the "religion of peace", but I'm pretty sure this guy was not following their teachings when he did this.

Well I am sure it was. So he’s illegally there, commits crimes and still is allowed to stay there. What’s wrong with that picture? If I were the parent, or my husband was, this filth would have more to fear than some slow moving police.

I don’t know. Their peaceful book talks of Muhammad’s revelation from allah that it’s justifiable for muslims to take the women of their enemies caught in battle and use them as sex slaves. Where was allah for those women? I guess their allah doesn’t care much for women. Since Muhammad married a 6 year old girl, we know what his age parameters were for what a woman is.
More likely, they were looking for their Kevlar jackets and finding an officer to allow them to go to the “sensitive suburb”.
Then there is a matter of finding a car: you don’t want a nice one, because they tend to get bombarded with bricks and stones in such places.
