Evening, Randy dude...

I broke out the jerky today, and it was fantastic! The peppers you used are hot, but it wasn’t too hot to eat. Well, actually, I probably ought to qualify that. With a glass of ice water and a chunk of bread, it wasn’t too hot.

But it was very good. I now have a stash at my desk at work to help tide me over when I can’t get away for lunch.
