Correct me if I'm wrong, but does it not seem as if Obama just said McCain and his campaign -- presumably the "they" in this construct -- are saying that Obama shouldn't be elected because he's a risk because he's black and has a foreign-sounding name?
(snip)
Then in Union, Mo., this evening, Obama seemed to specifically accuse McCain and the GOP of peddling racism and xenophobia.
(snip)
"But, since they dont have any new ideas the only strategy theyve got in this election is to try to scare you about me. Theyre going to try to say that Im a risky guy, theyre going to try to say, 'Well, you know, hes got a funny name and he doesnt look like all the presidents on the dollar bills and the five dollar bills and, and theyre going to send out nasty emails.
(snip)
There's a lot of racist xenophobic crap out there. But not only has McCain not peddled any of it, he's condemned it.
(snip)
With one possible exception, I've never seen McCain or those under his control playing the race card or making fun of Obama's name -- or even mentioning Obama's full name, for that matter!
(snip)
I've seen racism in campaigns before -- I've seen it against Obama in this campaign (more from Democrats than Republicans, at this point, I might add) and I've seen it against McCain in South Carolina in 2000, when his adopted Bangladeshi daughter Bridget was alleged, by the charming friends and allies of then-Gov. George W. Bush, to have been a McCain love-child with an African-American woman.
What I have not seen is it come from McCain or his campaign in such a way to merit the language Obama used today. Pretty inflammatory.

Tapper has been the only MSM guy going after Obama’s excesses. I tip my hat to him.
Rush Limbaugh has a funny parody of McCain referring to Obama as “Rosebud” to avoid using his name Hussein.
Obama knows racism, he has peddled it for years.
Obama is upset because McCain refuses to inject race into the campaign, and so Obama is race-baiting him, hoping that McCain bites. Obama has a race card he needs to cash in. McCain is not playing fair, so thinks Obama.
Obama is doing a fine job of defining himself, so why should McCain do anything?
What do you expect he has had racism dumped down his throat for over 20 years by his spiritual leader.
The one who keeps drawing attention to Barak he-whose-full-name-must-not-be-uttered Obama’s color is Barak Obama. It’s getting old and I hope he keeps harping on it until November 8th when, prayerfully, the world wakes up to the fact that he lost.
If Obambi keeps this up, McCain may win the whole thing without ever having to open his mouth.
This is Obama's main strategy, avoid direct debate on issues that matter (unscripted open debate is Obama's greatest fear), and scream racism all the way to November.
OBAMAMAMA IS A WALKING RACE CARD. HE IS PREYING ON WHITE FEAR OF RACISM. THIS MIGHT BE THE STRAW THAT BREAKS THE CAMELS BACK. I hope.
Hopefully McCain takes off the gloves. Republicans will be accused of being racist regardless of what we say or do, so why not go for the jugular and paint Obama as the phony he is.
He looks like he belongs on a three dollar bill, though.
He has an extremely dangerous idealogy, and the destruction he has in store for our Republic will be irreversible.

Jake Tapper is becoming one of the stars in reporting in this election. Maybe he will work for Fox News one of these days.
He asks tougher questions than Fox News Major Garrett does.
When did Obama STOP accusing everyone who disagrees with him of racism?
Obama and his sycophants have been implying “racism” to everyone that doesn’t plan on voting for him, or anyone who is a critic, and have been doing so for months.
Yeah, but this is from Tapper, who is actually capable of critical thought, unlike the rest of the MSM deadbeat losers (the Faux News/ Dead Blonde Channel/ McCain-Huckafraud-peddling sensationalist whores included).
