A note of prayer that Barack Obama penned and slipped into the cracks of the Western Wall in Jerusalem was pilfered from the holy site and published in an Israeli newspaper - exposing to the world a personal plea for God to help him "guard against pride and despair."

I searched -- can't believe this hasn't been posted. Or is everyone flabbergasted?
And how come he gets to wear a yarmulke?
A prayer against pride would be prudent for someone presenting themselves as the messiah.
Don’t believe it. David Axelrod probably had a duplicate note in the reporter’s hands before Obama even got to the Wall. Don’t believe any of it. (Except the handwriting expert who is suggesting that it’s not Obama’s handwriting).
Dear Barry: I have no idea where you are coming from. Do you worship Me in spirit and in truth and are you still dabbling with Islam? If you believe, you know all prayers and all redemption comes to me by passing through the narrow gate known as my Son. Now, go forth and stop acting like a Messiah, and get thy feces together.
Yours truly, GOD (Order of Saint Benedict)
His royal highness should thank that "Jewish seminary student" for just printing the note. Someone else might have taken the liberty to compose a very sinister note more in line with what the muzzies believe.
Lord of the “strings” Obama transcends religion. He can take Catholic communion, he can wear a yarmulke, he is the messiah for all religions.
You are not paying enough attention to ABCNBCCBSPBSCNNMSNBCNYT and the rest of our anointed media/press.
I realize the guy in Israel who pilfered this wasn’t one of us, but there are some things going on this year that really bother me. This is way over the top. Obama should be able to place his thoughts/prayer into the way, and expect it to remain private. Now folks will try to make mileage off of this. Good grief!
Can we just stipulate that Obama is political crud and be done with it, and quit soiling ourselves in this manner.

Plenty of threads were posted on this, don’t know if anyone used the NY Post article you did, but it was well reported.
The magic negroe is simply recreating X42’s teary moment on the Normandy beach putting pebbles into the shape of a cross. What a man/god!
He wears the yarmulke out of respect for Jewish law and tradition (probably suggested by a local rabbi). Any non-Jew entering a Jewish synagogue, Jewish place of worship or participating in Jewish services should wear one as a show of respect. ;-)
Did he remember to ride into Jerusalem on a donkey, or does that part come later?
LoL...
I have no illusion about Obama’s threat to our nation, but pilfering his alleged private prayers for some short sighted political purpose is simply an abomination.
You have to have something on covering your head to enter the site.
“But in a move that many said was unheard of, the note was stolen from the wall - reportedly by a Jewish seminary student - and then published in the Israeli daily paper Maariv.” This is very doubtful. Even in ordinary times, there are at least 50 to 100 people at the Wall. There is no way that someone could steal a prayer without someone seeing it—the fact that BOH was there, meant that there wer more people than usual. I believe that the Evil One gave his prayer to be distributed to prove he believed in Ha Shem...Classic Machiavelli...
Of course you are right.
Great point.
I’m thinking he knew exactly what was going to happen to it, after he left the Wall, so he ‘fashioned’ it accordingly.
He rode in on the media, if that counts.
Serious question. How does he keep a yarmulke on his head?
