That's a good question. My late first wife had two bouts with different malignancies- one awful, the next worse. It made us closer.

I will say this- much as I detest Edwards, I really wish this story had not seen the light of day-- it's a loser for everyone involved.

Oh but don't you see? Cheating on his wife with them is perfectly fine. It just shows how much MORE he loves them personally and not his sick / dried up / bitter / old/ unloving / undeserving wife.
