But a source told the NATIONAL ENQUIRER: “Now that it seems to have blown wide open, Rielle may get her wish - all she wants is for John to marry her and for them to live happily ever after with their baby. She’s tired of running and living a lie.”
Why would any woman want to marry or even trust a man who cheated with her on his wife? Especially if the wife is sick or dying?

I’ve never been married, but I certainly would never, ever date a married man. Not only is it wrong, but if they’ll cheat WITH you, they’ll cheat ON you. What makes it worse it that his wife is battling cancer, and he has two, young children at home.

Shes tired of running and living a lie. Why would any woman want to marry or even trust a man who cheated with her on his wife? Especially if the wife is sick or dying? That's a good question. My late first wife had two bouts with different malignancies- one awful, the next worse. It made us closer.
I will say this- much as I detest Edwards, I really wish this story had not seen the light of day-- it's a loser for everyone involved.

Oh but don't you see? Cheating on his wife with them is perfectly fine. It just shows how much MORE he loves them personally and not his sick / dried up / bitter / old/ unloving / undeserving wife. He would NEVER EVER cheat on them, no, cuz he is der TRUE WUV! His old marriage was just a burden for their fresh new love to throw off, and their new marriage will be glorious and wonderful and he would NEVER EVER cheat on them. True wuv I tells ya!

Why would any woman want to marry or even trust a man who cheated with her on his wife? Especially if the wife is sick or dying? Because a sleazy GOLD DIGGER would enjoy spending some of Edwards 80 million dollars and then when it was time to dump him, get a nice going away payoff

And campaigned for him while she was sick! Who knows, often these political wives know long before the rest of us.
