Why is this guy still breathing air that good people could be breathing instead?
To: Pyro7480
We should probably give up on the chance that Pennsylvania will every kill this guy and just be satisfied with him rotting in prison for the rest of his life.

1981? Mumia has already lived 27 years too long.
To: Pyro7480
Of all the people they could have picked they had to pick one so OBVIOUSLY guilty of cop murder with such a lousy alibi? I don't think it was an accident. I think they figured if they could get Mumia off, then they can get ANYBODY off death row.

Abu-Jamal’s brother open to testifying, lawyers say
After almost 14 years of silence, Mumia Abu-Jamal ‘s long-missing brother is ready to testify that his celebrity sibling did not kill Police Officer Daniel Faulkner, defense lawyers told a stunned courtroom yesterday.
But.........
Abu-Jamal’s brother fails to show up
He didn’t show. Long-lost star defense witness William Cook failed to appear at the appeals hearing of his brother Mumia Abu-Jamal yesterday, continuing his baffling silence about what he saw the night a Philadelphia police officer was killed 14 years ago.

Wesley Cook the cop killer is not going to be executed any time soon. Even though he should have been... a long time ago.

Abu-Jamal's lawyer, Robert R. Bryan of San Francisco, said he planned to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the case. Justice Kennedy will look around the world and see that Abu-Jamal's innocence is proclaimed by leftists everywhere, there fore the eighth amendment prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment prevents another trial or even continuing to keep Abu-Jamal in jail. Bryer, Stevens, Ginsburg and Souter will agree but would also support trying the prosecutors and Philadelphia police for crimes against humanity for ever pressing charges against Abu-Jamal.

I know this is going to make a huge difference (sarc), but I won’t set foot in France so long as they have that Parisian street named after the murderer Mumia. I guess they’ll change the Champs Elysee to the Champs d’Obama. IMHO, the only substantive difference between the two is that the big O hasn’t killed a cop (that we know about). I’ll bet anyone my vintage Reagan button that Michelle feels she has much more in common with Mumia than Justice Thomas or Condeleeza.

Time for this murderer to be dispatched. I’ve often wondered why the cops never arranged for him to be dealt with behind bars... as he so richly deserves.

There’s nothing controversial about this guys case, he’s a cop killer, the only thing controversial is that this POS is still breathing... disgusting. I for one will make it a point to piss on his grave after he’s buried.

They were giving away mumia last week in Oakland. I saw a sign that said Free Mumia.
