What's so baffling? He was an accessory to murder and lucky not to have his ass fried, too. He would be nuts to put his head in the noose to try and save his brother's sorry ass. He could wind up on death row for the rest of his sorry life. Like his lowlife brother, he's only concerned about his own sorry butt.
