THIS IS WHY OBAMA NEEDS A SCRIPT
NEALZ NUZE ^ | http://boortz.com/nuze/index.html | NEAL BOORTZ

Last night Obama had to field an off-the-cuff question from ABC News: "If you had it to do over again, knowing what you know now, would you support the surge?"

Well .. there was a small problem. This was not a question that Barack's handlers had prepared him for. He had no script. He had to ad lib, and for Obama that's not good. Sit down folks. Here is Barack's answer.

http://boortz.com/more/video/072108_obama_abc.html

See if you can make any sense at all out of this.

Remember, this is the man who wants to be our Commander in Chief responding to a question dealing with military matters. So ... we at the Nuze are now proud to present Obama's answer to the difficult question "If you had to do it over again, knowing what you know now, would you support the surge:"

"No, because keep in mind that question, you wouldn't ... but keep in mind that kind of hypothetical is very difficult to know hindsight is 20-20 ... later ... but I think that what I'm absolutely convinced of is that at that time we had to change the political debate because the view of the Bush administration at that time was one that I just disagreed with."

Wow! Now that's just amazing! What off-the-cuff eloquence! This guy is really sharp. Now we all know why Barack Obama would still vote against the surge ... the troop surge that worked.

Lordy, folks. We have to get over this mass hysteria and start to get serious about selecting our next president. This is just getting ridiculouser and ridiculouser.

“hindsight is 20-20”

Tell that to Dan Rather and Mary Mapes who still claim that they were wronged and that they were in the right in running that news story.

I've heard this a few times, the radio play is stressing the failure to acknowledge the surge's success. There are two additional points that are equally disturbing.

1) (as noted) Failure to give credit to the troops and the strategy for the success they clearly have achieved thus far.

2) Obama explains that a reason he was against the plan is because the president was for it. (without respect to wether the plan had merit). This is not congruent with his "not the same old politics" theme.

3) He and his advisers apparently did not foresee anyone asking him this question? He clearly was not prepared to answer it. A third grader would be able to predict someone asking about his perspective now (that he has been there) versus several months ago when the surge was up for vote.

Can we really elect someone this obtuse?

He will have to have a corner the size of a foot ball field. And everyone of them will be delegated to do something Obama is not capable of on his own. We will have an administration that looks like the bureaucracy at the unemployment office or the social security office. And NO ONE will take responsibility or own ANY project of issue. The whole crew of losers he appoints will be walking around with their shoulders permanently super glued to their earlobes. Complete chaos will reign. It will be one gargantuan, expensive, irresponsible, do-nothing, governmental cluster f%$#!!!!

When the hell are Barack and John going to debate?! Will Barak have a teleprompter to read from during a debate? I think he will get his @$$ kicked in a debate.

Better get used to it. It’s pretty much a given that this guy will be our next president. Between the libtard vote and so many conservatives wanting to teach the Republican party a lesson over the nomination of McCain, I don’t see how Caliph Obama can lose.

Infaulable? Is that a suburb outside Newark?

Sure...sorry. My spelling is Sux0r (if you need it in l33t). :-P.

Infallible

I must admit, I hate using IE at work, much prefer firefox, especially with it’s built in spell checker.

Whadeeesay?

Let me translate. He said:

"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps and uh, I believe that our, ah, education like such as in South Africa, and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for our children."

That is what I keep asking for. And not phony thing they are going to do out CA at Rick Warrens place either, I’m talking about “a debate.”

But on another note; “Can’t we revoke his passport?” Do we have to let him back in the country?

Bingo!!! This is exactly why Teddy and other heavy hitters in the dem party supported 0bambi instead of the bill-and-hilly show. They knew they’d have NO chance for power in a bill-and-hilly administration, but that 0bambi would be completely over his head and looking for help. The kingmaker has always benn the power behind the throne.
