One good thing about this blog is that it is widely read by military types especially overseas in the war zones. In fact the Obama wants to Disarm America video has gotten nearly 35,000 page views from military types alone.
As you know Obama visited troops this weekend in Kuwait, and Afghanistan. Prior to this weekend I, along with a few friends had been sending information to a few soldiers on an email list referencing Obama and his anti-military entourage and exhorting them not to be deceived by his jive. From what Im getting back they were not in the least.

Why doesn’t he rent out a stadium in Iraq to talk to all of the troops? </sarcasm>

But, but...the MSM is always telling us that we military-types are such doofuses, and have NO HOPE or future in the Real World because we’re just too STUPID to be anything other than cannon fodder! How on Earth could we NOT be fooled by Obama-Lama-Ding-Dong?
Now, which is it?! *SMIRK*

Compare this to when Bush has gone over there! A rousing reception by the troops. I still remember the time Bush snuck over there for Thanksgiving. What a surprise for the troops that day was.

There was a tape of him meeting with troops this am on F&F. The troops were overwhelmingly black and female.

Obama Road Show not selling to the Troops
Must be a misperception.
Can't be true.
We see the MSM news video of throngs, masses, thousands, millions, billions swooning as O walks the streets, his sandled feet dusty from the trek in the desert sands.
Listen. Yah. If you listen closely. You can hear it. Throngs of voices singing Hallelujah.
[Who knew the MSM could sing?]

The election is a dog and pony show for the sheeple as Mr. Buffett has already chosen President-select Osama as Mr, Buffett’s puppet on a string...

But Howard Wolfson said his trip was a huge home run. (rolling eyes) Senator Kyl on Fox now telling the Friends that while it's good that Barry is there, when McCain goes he listens. Kyl also stresses Leiberman’s point made yesterday that if Barry had been president, he wouldn't even be able to visit Iraq today. Next up the third Dem Barry supporter this morning to swoon over his trip. Fox is in full rah-rah mode for The Messiah today.

From Camp Eggers Im told that the mess hall photo op was hugely staged, and if you look at the video you can see it was sparsely attended. The soldier at the end of the video was selected and not random.
And this from
The MSM are going to gush all week over Obama's trip.
Let them gush...we have pictures:

Did you see that one black woman dressed in civilian clothes just swooning away? Now they are showing Barry shooting hoops in front of the troops. Can you imagine if W visited Iraq and played ball? The Drive-Bys would go nuts.

My son-in-law, active duty, made this observation to me very recently: He’d read an interview with Obama in the Army Times, he found himself intellectually suckered in (he’s no Obama fan to start with) by Obama’s rhetoric meanwhile underlying the reading, my sil was mentally reviewing all the things that Obama has promised to do. My sil’s bottom line: Obama is a smooth talking liar.

There’s not a lot of diversity in films of Obama’s meet-and-greets with the troops.

“Theres not a lot of diversity in films of Obamas meet-and-greets with the troops”
Harry Truman desegregated the services in 1947, the word must be slow getting down to the ranks.

I live and work in Sierra Vista Arizona. Most of my clients are in the Army, serving at Fort Huachuca.
From what I have been told, they can’t stand Obama.

I noticed that while the tables were full of troops, none were eating. You can make them attend, but you can’t make them eat with him.
