Look for Mika Brzezinski outside the Danish embassy. True, the Danes had nothing to do with the New Yorker's publication of the Obama cover. But what more time-honored locale to protest an irreverent cartoon of a figure adulated with religious fervor?
Mika has condemned the New Yorker cover as "dangerous." Why dangerous? Mika doesn't quite say. But by darkly musing about unspoken perils that derive from the mocking of Obama, she would apparently place irony about her candidate off limits. Mika sounded the alarm on today's Morning Joe.

The fact that the New Yorker published it? Priceless.
The image will be seared into the brains of many if they keep talking about it all week.
Mika: New Yorker Obama Cartoon 'Dangerous'
Mika is right. For God's sake people wake up. That Cover cartoon has a GUN on it!!!
That alone may drive some Park Avenue 'poor kid' at the 'John Forsythe Peabody School For The REAL Rich Children', whose parents subscribe to The New Yorker, to go on a KILLING SPREE in midtown Manhattan! After seeing this he'll have Jeeves the Chafferer pick up an AK in Harlem and by lunch time that'll be it - dead bodies piled six high.
All because of a GUN on a magazine cover.
Huh? What? The gun wasn't the real issue? Okay... never mind.

More open minded acceptance and tolerance from your friends on the American Left.
What would have been worse?
The American flag over the mantle and bin Laden’s picture burning in the fireplace. (/sarc, obviously)
Betcha a million bucks you’d NEVER see that.
NBC’s almost as bad. They had Harold Ford, Jr. on the Today show talking about the ‘offensive cartoon’. When asked why it is that so many people still think B. Hussein is a muslim, Harold said that it was because of his name and added: (paraphrasing) Afterall, it is well known that Barak Obama is a devout Christian. He’s a long time member of a Christian church and his children have been baptized as Christians.
Naturally, Ford wasn’t asked if Obama’s belonging to that particular church made people doubt or flat out reject his Christianity claim. Nope, nadda word........
I don’t need to watch MSNBC to know what libs will say about anything. Nevertheless, I did watch the clip of Mika struggling for something to say about her disdain for the cover. She was so ill-prepared, she resorted to “you know” and “kinda” for explanation. Her colleages had to fill in her words for her to keep dead air off the channel. She was not engaged in the topic and sounded like she was just told to be the balancing act against the cover. That, or she thought she could make a big hit by defending it. Either way, she bombed out.
I don’t miss MSNBC.
I figure this cover is a CYA setup for some brutal upcoming McCain cover.
It is said that there has to be some truth to satire, otherwise it wouldn’t be funny.
No, Mika, this cover is rather innocuous, but what’s truly ‘dangerous’ is the vile and vicious propaganda campaign that so many liberals have conducted against America, the current administration, and the war effort for oh so many years now.
