Lady Thatcher is the only British Prime Minister who is in the same league as Sir Winston Churchill, so this is fitting.

Lady Thatcher deserves every honor England can bestow. It must break her heart to watch her beloved country destroy itself.

A true Iron Maiden for peace ,, the honor is well-deserved.
Need we forget, when Reagan called, she was there.

One of the worst things about life, is saying good-bye to your heroes. I have the deepest regard for Lady Thatcher. Her support for Ronald Reagan was very much appreciated.
Now we see what is taking place in Britain, and it's as if we are losing another great person, only now a nation.
Growing older is something that happens. It's an easy thing to accept, your time growing short. Watching nations grow brittle and fall isn't. What legacy are we leaving behind?
This is an especially important question, when we face an election that will see two men with no foundation in Conservatism, vie for the leadership position.
Oh for another Ronald Reagan, in a day when Barnie Fifes slug it out to lead us.

Although Lady Thatcher is currently in good health she was with the Queen at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday The Mail on Sunday has learned that plans are under way for her funeral, when the time eventually comes, to take place at St Pauls Cathedral. Quoting Mark Twain after his death had been reported at least once: "Rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated."
Lady Thatcher was Winston Churchill's most worthy successor, and there hasn't been another one like her. She was in bad health but made a most valiant effort attending her dear friend Ronald Reagan's funeral services in both Washington and California.
She would come to Highland Park in Dallas to visit her son and daughter-in-law and you could see her walking in a nearby park. Her privacy was respected, but those that recognized her would say a very happy hello to her. She is a charming and great lady.

Great plan and well deserved.
My question is how is this decided? Just as many in the US didn’t like Reagan, I suspect the same for her in the UK. I’m just curious how this decision is made.
