Fine, but I'm sick to death of almost everyone allowing scum like Code Pink to associate "free speech" with every illegal, violent, and dangerous "protest" action they choose to employ. Free speech does not (or should not) cover illegality, threatening behavior, violence, etc.
If anyone wants to legally protest, picket, etc. that's just great. But when it crosses the line into illegal behavior it is time to enforce our laws and go for maximum penalties, especially for all the repeat offenders who are allowed to brazenly violate the law over and over and over again.

blame that on the USSC. the "nine crows" (NOT my favorite bunch, despite the Heller decision) found that burning a flag is SPEECH.
flag burning, rioting, etc are NOT SPEECH. they are CRIMINAL ACTS, which the court failed to identify as such & CONDEMN.
