I was away for an afternoon of lunch and shooting at a gun range with a friend. It was fun, and I hit the target exactly where I was supposed to. The only thing I didn't like: they make you wait a second or two between shots.
In case you were wondering, I used a 9mm Glock 19 model. Read analysis of the Glock 19.

It wasn’t canceled. It had a short first season, as planned, and will be back.
My wife carries a S&W .357
I believe I would have to be stocking up on ammo, food, and most important...
Vitamin E...
If Jaclyn Smith told me to shake it (my booty) like a polaroid picture, I would comply with tremendous enthusiasm!!!
I have no scruples...;-)
The G38 is a dream to shoot. The recoil is like nothing else I've experienced in a .45 caliber weapon. A mild, straight back push, no flip. This is he reason I choice it over the .40 cal. or the 45 ACP. I love it.
While I don't like to shoot my G19 as much as the G38, I consider it the finest handgun EVER made. Its combo of concealability, firepower, and reliability make it tops in my book.
For those of you that think that 9mm is a pussy round... The M9 did me fine, but I would have taken my G19 any day of the week.
Semper Fi.
NY Leatherneck
It has a 3” barrel and in 45 cal.
I shoot IDPA and tactical pistol/shotgun with Springfield XD 9mm (5 “)
I’ve never even seen one. Looks nice. My only issue with Para is that they are really pricey. I’d love that model that Todd Jarrett uses.
If you ever get your paws on one, make sure you post a review.

They are pricey, but I keep telling my wife that it will be for our teenage daughter to carry (when legal). I’m havng a rougher time convincing her about the AR-15 for our daughter, being she already has two shotguns and 2 other pistols.
LOL
Must be nice to live in a free state.
Currently looking for a nice P-38, post war model. It has a nice feel to it. There are a few out there from the German Police Force that have been refurbished. Going price about $250 with holster, clips and cleaning kit. Have to wait for a gun show near by. We have a Bersa 380, its a neat little piece for the night table drawer.
What make is that?? the chamber on the bottom lines up with the barrel. Just the opposite of how revolvers have been made for years.

The gun laws are a little less restrictive. I am going to get a legal opinion about concealed carry at my school. The way I read the law I am exempt because I have a concealed carry permit. Gun Free Zones are deadly on kids.
PS: Thanks for your service
See post 35. Added information is it’s a double action and can be fired single action. The action will cycle the hammer back as a normal semiauto.
The Mateba is some sort of snake but I haven’t looked into it. This Mateba stands for MA = manufacturing, TE = The inventor’s name and BA = The area it’s made.
There isn’t any noticable muzzle flip even in the first generation that Betty is holding. I don’t know about the compensated second models. I haven’t tried them. As I said, the action is impossible to notice because it’s just too fast.
Because of the removeable barrels with a wrench, the sight adjustments are on the front sight. A little confusing for a first timer.
The pictures are from Oleg Volk. He has an interest in unusual firearms.
Yep, 19’s are fine firearms. I hear they taste like chicken.Don’t forget, unless you swap-out the barrel with an after market one, do not fire lead bullets. FMJ only! NO! Not even for plinking!
It was mine. The ex had hocked it and the divorce judge said “ women don’t need guns”. I haven’t had enough money to buy one since then. I stayed home for sixteen years and raised his kid. Not alot of job skills in that.
A good choice. Especially in the winter if you have 'layers' of clothing to contend with.
If she can follow-up with a decent second shot, heck, I don't care what she's toting.
Boom lady, boom. Can't help but think extra points aren't scored when taken out by a woman.
