Quigley added that passage of the measure -- a similar version of which was approved by the Assembly last year but failed in the state Senate -- "would help curtail gun access by criminal street gangs."
Only a liar or an idiot could make such a claim

Where is the SCOTUS decision on the D.C. matter before it?

I hope the Louisiana legislature never considers a, “one gun a month” mandate. That could get expensive after a while....

NJ doesn’t have many freeway shootings as evidenced by how many a.hole drivers there are in NJ. If they tried their NJ rudeness in Los Angeles they would get shot.

"Current laws allow one-stop shopping for gangs to outfit their membership with weapons," Stack noted. "Prohibiting individual handgun purchases to one a month will help curb the number of guns that end up on the street and in the hands of criminals."This guy is a typical Socialist idiot.
I can just imagine this...."Hey, Hector dude...get a list from the home-boys...we need to go shopping for some new guns for the "members"
ROFLOL!!!
Are these people THAT stupid!?!?!
In defiance of this flaming liberal idiot...I will go buy a gun this month.

I wonder why the dim Dhims are afraid of .50 cals?
I guess they’re afraid of “the people” voting from the rooftops.

Are they that stupid?
In a word, no.
Their goal is not to disarm the criminals, whose very vocation is to disobey laws and who, after all, can always be counted on to vote for those promising ever-larger shares of someone else's money.
Their goal is to disarm those who actually earn that money, so as to establish, as closely as is possible, an electorate of thieves.
Get it now?

Thanks. I agree with your desire for a very strick interpretation, leaving no back door for governments to strip us in full compliance with the court ruling.

Gusciora said the assault-style weapons have no legitimate sporting purpose. Guscoria is an idiot.

They’re trying to cram all this stuff through before the SC decision, and they’ll do it. Hopefully the decision will be such that we can petition to have the laws declared unconstitutional.

Oh boy. Idiots. No one can shoot three guns at one time. What about the guy who has been buying one gun a month for 30 MONTHS? Is he more dangerous than the guy with one 9mm pistol?
This is so much like those idiotic laws that sex offenders can't live within 1000 yards of a school. What, they can't walk or drive to the school? What a bunch of BS.
