SCOTUS Refuses to Hear Border Fence Case

FoxNewsChannel Megyn Kelly just now (9:15am CST) reported as breaking news that the Supreme Court will not hear the appeal from the Texas group who sued to stop the DHS from building the border fence......

We need a fence desperately. Of course we also need to combine this with other steps such as deportation, fining employers and other who aid the illegals, refusal to illegal aliens of social services. Russia - or maybe it was some other country - did and maybe still does require special insurance or guarantees for foreigners to pay for medical treatment in case they became ill there.

Mexico, for example, takes a harsh stand on illegal aliens - yet like sociopaths, they expect us to be a dumping ground for their surplus population.

Hell with a fence. I want a wall 12 feet high with armed guards patrolling the top.

We did it at Gitmo and China managed it before there was an internal combustion engine. I think we can manage to create such now with modern technology.

Funny....I’ve always been for the border fence. But the fact is, with an Obama administration...I’m not so sure the fence would be a good idea.

After all....he would merely let his terrorist buddies come in legally, while keeping law-abiding (anti-Obama) citizens from leaving the country. That fence might some day be our only path to freedom. Scary thoughts.

Obama/McCain/Hillary all voted against the Cornyn amendment which sought to bar terrorists from entering this country. Those three actually want to admit terrorists as well as violent criminals - insane.

Yeah....that’s kind of the cause of my concern. That and other little tidbits of knowledge I’ve gleened over the past decade.

McCain may not be as bad or as dangerous to our freedom as Obama would be...but he has still made me wonder more than once (more like dozens of times) which side of the aisle and the political spectrum he was really on.

Ironically, we KNOW how to build fences in other countries... such as the new fence separating Gaza from Egypt... but we have NO freakin’ clue when to build a fence to protect our border with Mexico... go figure...
