But Michael Levin, communications director for Waters, told Cybercast News Service on Friday that Waters did not mean what she said.
Translation: She didn't mean to be so obvious by spilling the beans.
"The Democrats in general do no support this idea," he said.
Yeah sure, no more than they support invading our homes by telling us which light bulbs we can and cannot use.

Too late for the Democrats to back out of this one. The statements were made on camera and need to be shouted and showed from the highest mountain.

That’s scary, considering that these morons demonstrated how little they know about the oil business last week. Some of their statements were terribly naive, and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding.
On the other hand, what should scare me more is that these same people currently have direct input into setting the destiny of our great country.

These plans weren’t to be announced until after November, but some people get excited and can’t keep their mouths shut.
Please disregard what they say until after the elections.

But Michael Levin, communications director for Waters, told Cybercast News Service on Friday that Waters did not mean what she said. BS. She started to say socialize, then she started to say nationalize then she finally said "basically taking over and the government running all of your companies."
When you say it three different ways in the same sentence, but correct yourself twice because you know those words shouldn't be used in public yet, you really, really meant what you said.

Reps. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) and Maurice Hinchey (D-N.Y.) have said in recent weeks that U.S. oil refineries should be "socialized" -- that is, nationalized and run by the federal government. But Waters apparently is now backing away from those comments. If Obama wins, she'll be back to socialize the oil industry - or nationalize it or whatever.
Waters is backing off because an election's around the corner - nothing more.

Rep. Waters tried to hold her tongue but nonetheless said: "This liberal will be all about socializing, uh, uh ... would be about basically taking over and the government running all of your companies." Just like her fat pig comrade down in Venezuela. Oh..but wait....she really didn't mean those spoken words. Buffoons like her and Hinchey on display.
