I hate to say it, but now NBC has even less credibility.Yes, Tim Russert was about the only credibility they had.

Dead at 58. Much too soon to lose Russert. Condolences to his family, friends, and co-workers.

One thing is certain there will be few tears in the Hildabeast camp. Russert did ask tough questions, ‘rats & pubbies both had rough moments when being interviewed by him. As a life long democrat who played a large role in the liberal mainstream media, Russert was by and large fair.

Adding my prayer. Nobody deserves to die that young. Not to be callous at a time like this (yes, I'm saddened that Mr. Russert has died), but if you're praying, you're probably a Christian (just the odds).
And if you're a Christian, I remind you that each day is a gift from our Creator and that
"Man's days are determined; you have decreed the number of his months and have set limits he cannot exceed" - Job 14:5
Given our propensity to violate God's character every day, we don't deserve much of anything. It's only by God's grace that we take our next breath, and wake up the next day.
Hopefully, for our sake between our birth and death, we have resolved our debt of moral offenses before our Creator by believing on Jesus of Nazareth - that his death, burial and resurrection - will save us from our certain judgment.
I'm trying to insert some Biblical clarity, that's all.

My God rest his soul.
As an aside, he was obviously a Type A personality.

Prayers to the Russert family and RIP to Tim Russert. He was one of the good ones, although he did lean left, he was quite fair. I wonder who will host Meet The Press now? I always like it when he came on Sean Hannity’s show and they would just talk about various things.

Very sad news. Tim always seemed like a likeable guy. Rest in peace.

Liberal in the classic sense. I don’t believe he was a leftist.
To: peggybac
And, in case you didn’t know, Russert was a substitute host on Rush’s show once.

This saddens me because he seems like a very likable person. Of course I do not know him. I don’t dislike liberals as something personal but I fear for their souls since so many are pro-choice and go along with the dems liberal agenda. That’s why it is so important to pray for liberals and their agenda. I heard he was close with his son and this will be a difficult Fathers’ day. I feel so bad for his family especially his son. For some liberals they just hate conservatives but I do NOT believe Tim Russet did. I pray for God’s great mercy for Tim Russert and that his family may receive God’s great love and compassion at this very difficult time. I always envied families that were close because my family, mom and dad,was very dysfunctional by alcohol and abuse. So my heart truly breaks for his family.

Our local talk radio station broke the news a little while ago and the host, Bob Mclain started the story with the news as being shocking and I tell you, it is. I always like Russert even though I doubted his politics were the same as mine but he always seemed to be a class act. He recently wrote that book about his dad and just the reverence and respect of which he spoke about his dad, confirmed to me what a descent human being he was.
God Bless his family! God be with them in this time of need and comfort them as only You can.
