I’m sorry, but after 47 years there is no fold or wrinkle, or crease!!! That thing looks like it was issued yesterdy!

I don’t think I can buy this.

It doesn’t seem logical that Daily Kos would be the first to get it.

Zoom to about 200% and look at the bottom.
Rev 11/01 LASER

However, this is a legal record. That looks like others I’ve seen when requesting current copies. Also on the bottom it states: This copy serves as a prima facle evidence of the fact of the birth in any court proceeding. HRS 338-13b.

Now can we move on to issue differences instead of playing these games. I am sure Barry Obama is loving our side being distracted with these things.

This is a copy which I've photoshopped for comparison:

You know, if your name is changed in certain legal proceedings, like an adoption, you can get a birth certificate reflecting the new name.

I know this because my birth certificate has a name I didn’t have until I was 9.

Well there goes one more crack pot theory down the drain.

Definitely not a birth certificate. Mine is taken off of microfische -- and you can tell it is real.

Unless redacting the serial number isn't altering the certificate then it is invalid.

Here is a link with info on citizenship related to the marriage status of ones parents and their residency requirements...all this needs to be explored re Obama...http://www.richw.org/dualcit/law.html#CitByBirth

Were his parents legally married? This should have been recorded on the Hawaiian certificate of birth...if not, Obamas’ legitimacy to citizenship may be open to question as the above link outlines in detail regarding residency requirements of at least one of his parents.
