Here's a cynical view for you:
In my best Clinton fashion I'm playing semantic games here, but the Constitution only says the eligibility to be president, it says nothing about running for president.
I suppose someone with questionable eligibility could run, build up a massive following, then find out he's ineligible, but the mass population forces the Supreme Court to decline to rule on eligibility, citing that if he loses it's a moot point -- come back if he wins. Of course, if he wins, it would be impossible to refuse to seat him.
On the other hand, another candidate with almost the same massive following could challenge the eligibility at a nominating convention and argue that it's in everyone's best interest to avoid the problem in the first place by nominating someone else.

That’s a stretch. I don’t think that law applied to someone who was born, raised in, and never resided permanently outside the United States, even if she were only 18. Heck if that’s the case then millions of Americans who are 4th or 5th generation, born to mothers under 21, aren’t “natural born” citizens.
Just for grins do you have a similar list on how one can lose their US citizenship, like for instance using a foreign passport and not reaffirming their citizenship.

Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born, for example.
