Networks preparing for Hillary to (finally) quit in speech Tuesday night.
Will be from NY, Staffers being told to turn in expenses, resumes being FedExed to Obama and other state/local campaigns.
Staffers at one network recalled from lunches to prepare.
Campaign staffers being told to go home.
One network had long conference call among suits last night, followed by conference call between tech types to set up remotes, back-hauls, break-ins, etc.
Union technicians, cameramen, audio, video engineers, etc. told to expect overtime.

Staffers who have worked for her on he ground in Puerto Rico, South Dakota and Montana have been invited to attend the event or go home for further instructions, campaign aides said. The New York senator had no other events Tuesday. She planned to address AIPAC Wednesday in Washington.
From "The Atlantic" Clinton Campaign staffers and former campaign staffers are being urged by the Clinton campaign's finance department to turn in their outstanding expense receipts by the end of the week. That's a sign, to them, that the campaign wants to get its affairs in order soon. If Clinton were staying in the race, there'd be no real reason to collect these receipts now; she'd still be raising and spending money from the same primary campaign account. The campaign is in arrears to the tune of about $11 million.

"The former first lady's campaign announced that she would hold an election night "celebration" in her home state of New York, not in the final voting states of Montana or South Dakota."
The Politico website reported that far-flung members of Clinton's travelling staff had been summoned back to New York for Tuesday evening and told their roles on the campaign are ending.
It gets very complicated and can vary state to state because, remember, we do not actually elect the candidate, but the electors, how long before the election it happens affects it, what if it happens after the election but before the inauguration????? etc.....
There are probably DNC “rules” but in the real world, Hillary would be undoubtedly brought back.
It would be a real mess.
One thing everyone is forgetting. The “tell all” books are already written, contracts signed, etc.
They are already edited, the cover jackets printed.
All they are waiting on is the last chapter. When they hit the streets within 10 days, it's ALL over.
I know a woman in DC who has seen the galley proofs on one by a high ranking insider.
It IS a “tell ALL” book, and she although she won't go into details (she is a reporter saving that part of it for her story) says it is DEVISTATING to both Bill and Hillary.

Obama did one thing for the nation by keeping her from the Presidency!
I don't think she has any desire for any office except the Presidency.
She has hurt herself with the Black voters and there is a Black governor in office who will likely run again.
Neither can I, but if she doesn't she is essentially declaring war on the DNC and burning her bridges.
None of this shows that concession is forthcoming
all of this is part of the normal winding up of a campaign, the public voting part of which is over.

She will say she looks forward to the delegate votes at the connvention and believes she could still win BUT will support the nominee AFTER the convention.
Obama will be the nominee UNLESS there is some big news on him or Michelle before the convention.
Hillary will WAIT until after the convention outcome to concede.
