Can't link or post any excerpts.
Google "The Comeback Id"....somebody's sandbagging the Toons!
From what I've read so far, it's only appropriate this comes out at the same time as "Sex and the City"!

There’s a link to the Vanity Fair article at the bottom of that page.

8 pages of goodness about the ‘Toon. LOL
“More devastating is Purdums claim that about 18 months ago, a former Clinton aide tried an intervention with the former president because he was hearing so many complaints about inappropriate behavior. According to the article, the aide believed Clinton was apparently seeing a lot of women on the road.

Pretty devestating article. I LOVE IT...I could just see Bubba’s face turning all red while reading it. And although he put in a disclaimer, you KNOW alot of that insider information came from the author’s wife, Dee Dee Meyers.

Thanks for posting this - I’d read the VF article this morning and said a prayer for the safety of any cats or dogs the author & wife may have... I also wondered if the author read FR and decided to investigate, because the details uncovered in the 8-page story are, and have been, common knowledge ‘round here.

Their cats and dogs will be just fine. This is certainly no attack piece. It is a fake attack/hidden praise piece
Such as this.
But for a politician with so many admirers, allies, acquaintances, faithful retainers, and hangers-on, Clinton remains a profoundly solitary man, associates say, without any real peers, intellectual equals, or genuine friends with whom he can share the sweetest things in life. (The one who has always come closest, for better and worse, for richer and poorer, is simply too busy these days.)
Really, no REAL peers? ROFLOL
Really, no INTELLECTUAL equals? ROFLOL
Really, no GENUINE friends? ROFLOL
except for ... well ... just his alleged wife - who is to busy running for President.

The FOX morning show is all over this. Slick is furious that friends have finally told truth about him and his escapades.

So, do you think this article is meant to keep Clinton out of the VP spot?

IMO, she lost her chance some time ago if she ever had it. Agreed that Obama is not the smartest but smart enough to know she and Bill would spell major trouble and incompatible his campaign cry for “change.”

See, I think just the opposite, the longer she stays in the better her chance of becoming VP. Here comes the savior riding in to do it for the good of the party and bring back unity. Most dems have already figured out that Obama isn't going to win it.
