There's a rumor that there's a tape -- the Republicans have it, and we're waiting to use it in October -- of Michelle going nuts in the church, too, talking about whitey this and whitey that. You know, if I'm the Democrats are looking at this, I'm saying... They gotta know they're sitting on top of a powder keg here, and somebody in this party -- Howard Dean or somebody -- has gotta send somebody up to this church and say, "Well, you people take the next five months off, or move this congregation somewhere? Move it to Reverend Wright's house -- it's in a gated community -- so nobody can know what you're doing in there. Just give us five months, will you, and shut up!" You know, the Clintons are -- make no mistake about it -- making hay out of this, as they lobby the rules committee and so forth.

Either of those two, [plus many more Republicans] will resort to any measure to see that hillary secures the nomination...then the General. IMO.

Yes, that's why Rush is doing an excellent segment right now on how the news continues to be--we are winning in Iraq. Rush says--what if Bush's numbers climb as the Iraq War is won. You think the Dems are in disarray now...what will they do then?

Look at all he’s done in the past. His associations, his upbringing. If none of that can sway them, nothing can....

If, before this all began, you told me to try and imagine the most unelectable person possible, Obama would fit the mold along with other things about him that I could not even have imagined. But they still worship him.

He’s got the black vote....he’s got the MTV vote....he’s got the enlightened tofu eating latte liberal vote. Thats fine....but thats not enough.

One way or another- this is ugly. If true- it’s going to be an unbelievable mess for the DNC and the whole party. If not true- it is one really, REALLY ugly political trick- hate to think of the backlash and who it will fall upon.

If corporate media has it they are making sure all the ducks are in arow.

If the GOP has it, they are sitting on it, trying to decide what to do.

If some media personality has it, they are wheeling and dealing.

That would be my take, however if there is one "Whitety" tape there are probably many such "Whitety" tapes. Maybe even an Obama "Whitety" tape.

Oy, am I reading this thesis thing right? The gist of it seems to be a study on whether black Princeton attendees, upon being exposed to upper-class whites, lose their “blackness” ?
