While Romney was govenor of MA the Rats made this illegal, now when it suits them they want to change the rules AGAIN. Like RUSH said; the democRATS have no rules, only traditions/principles that can be changed/borken ANYTIME/when ever the RATS want to or it works to THEIR ADVANTAGE.
The people of MA get what they deserve: CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.

"That was a good political reason (then)," DiMasi said of taking the power away from Romney. "It's a good political reason to change it back." It's a good political reason not to drill for oil & gas in the US
It's a good political reason to surrender to terrorists
It's a good political reason run a ponzi scheme called Social Security
It's a good political reason nationalize healthcare and education
It's a good political reason cripple the economy to prevent (fill in the blank)
It's a good political reason tax the rich
If I wanted to live in a socialist/communist state I would have moved to the USSR when I had a chance. Why do people vote for these people?

Either Howie or someone calling into his show suggested that if Deval had the authority restored to him, he would appoint himself. After all, senator is a much cushier job with better $$ prospects than gov - and he’s failing miserably as gov.

We here are a model for the nation. As goes the corrupt rules for Senator in NJ, so should Mass. follow.
And of course Shrillary also likes changing rules. It’s a Rat thing.

I’m betting he’s doing this at Ted’s request/demand. And Joe Jr will be appointed. It’s Joe’s best chance, because if he ran again, he’d face questions about many things, including what he knew about his younger brother’s affair with the babysitter (starting when she was 14).

Honest admitted party hacks need love too.
There obviously is a Death Pool going on Ted Kennedy. Sorry, no Republicans may apply. This is a closed pool, admission based on the participation to the Wellstone Memorial. Remember, they barred Vice President Cheney from attending.
This is definitely a political event, largely closed to even the sympathetic media, just so nobody inadvertently spills the beans.
At least not too soon.

Remember, if a Republican were to win a special election, the power in the US Senate would shift from the Democrats BACK to the Republicans.

"Do not ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country Democratic Party."More evidence that the Democrats actually hate this country. Extrapolate the "good politics" comments of Dem leadership and you see them justifying, in the future, tying FREEPERS to posts and, in the interest of not polluting the environment by using bullets, leaving us there.
