::smiling::

Thanks!

It was a cool breeze yesterday morning, and the flags looked beautiful in the sunshine, gentling rippling. I got cold and one of the Ride Cptns gave me his black leather jacket to wear. I looked like I fit in for the first time! :;grin:: I don't have a bike, am single, and can't afford the leather vest, jacket, etc and all the patches! I have my flag patch on my jean jacket from a platoon in Iraq, and my one PGR metal. I also wear a silk flag hanky, bunched up behind a Statue of Liberty pin that says, "God Bless America". But...hey...its the heart that counts! I thought it was cool he gave me his jacket for the morning. (Wouldn't my momma be upset! ::evil grin:: )

I try to get to as many missions as the job allows. I have been to a few send-offs for troops...they aren't easy, either. One of these days I can go to one and the weather will be warm enough I might be able to ride on the back of someone else's bike. That would be worth a picture for mom! ::grin::

PGR-ers have such big hearts!

Thanks for everything tonight, Ms B, sis! hugs!

Good Evening, Kathy.
Good Evening, redrock.

This is going to be a different Memorial Day weekend, without redrock’s heart-rending stories of heroes and their families.

We miss you, Bro...get well soon, y’hear?

*HUG*
You are so welcome, my new Sis!
You are right, it is what’s in the heart that counts.
I rarely ride up behind Mr B.
I am the “Tail-gunner”.
I watch for any problems... riders, down, or anybody taking ill, and so on.
It is a labor of love, and one that I am so proud to be a part of!
The PGR riders have HUGE hearts, and have become our extended family!
